The loss of an incredible number of bureaucrats, specialists, etc, is a great blow to the UAPR, and you need to address this post-haste. Time to begin hiring, giving rewards to loyal specialists, and begin training new cadres to fulfill these duties.

    • Wonder who's going to be staffed where. Guessing they're gonna be RL figures who are still alive in 2000. Question now being:

    How many of them are OTL current/former CPUSA/PSL? Or SDS/NAM? And how many of them made it to the UAPR before lines solidified?
