"Well, it is large, Stoppable-san." Yori said, probably noting the despondent look that had overtaking my features.
After agreeing to the doctor's deal, and collecting our payment from the dwarf, the three of us had tried to look around for someplace to stay in for as long as we were here. That was easier said than done of course. Its very hard to let people pay for time to stay in an apartment when all they had was 1200 Nuyen and no proper identification. After getting told to leave most normal establishments, we ended up searching in the worse parts of town before coming upon this place. It was an abandoned warehouse that was large and cold, but would serve for the time being.
I sighed and went to check the building out with the two. The place had around 19 separate rooms that were once used for storage, 9 of which could probably serve for single people. It was in one of those rooms that we discovered something mercifully great about the warehouse.
It still had working electricity, if the lights in a room Shego instantly laid claim to had any say. After that, the three of us went out to purchase a few sleeping bags and some food for today. It was disappointing that all they had to offer was soy based stuff, though. (-150 Nuyen)
After that the three of us returned to our new base of operations and took up some relatively comfortable positions to sit before I decided to review what we knew about our current situation.
"Okay, so we're trapped in a different dimension on an alternate Earth. This world apparently has elements of fantasy and science fiction to it. It seems that some people from our world have gotten pulled in, and not just the four of us in the initial incident. It also lead to the fact that in the world apparently we look like something called "runners", whatever those are. It seems like a good way to gain money in the mean time, while we pursue other objectives." I still wasn't completely sure how I felt about the whole thing.

Finding him should be a top priority. Other than that, I'd like it if we checked to see if any of my brothers managed to land here too, though I'm more concerned about the twins and Mel than the big oaf."
I looked at the two of them before saying my piece. "Well, I think that finding Kim would be a good, as would possibly finding the two others that landed in the city. We've got a lot of things to do right now though, so I think that we should focus on:

Also, for those wondering, the three options presented initially show your views on Shadowrunning and how Ron's POV will be colored by it.
The first one has him going for more of a hero route, and would likely not accept shadier (but more lucrative) jobs.
The second one is going for a somewhat professional outlook on things, but keeps him distant from it all, which will have consequences.
The third one makes Ron a bit more amenable to doing shadier things, and also leads to him embracing what he's doing for running. This has the side affect of making Ron less "good" though.

I kinda like the idea of Ron becoming a hardened professional who still has *some* standards. I mean good and evil is for the most part equally shitty in Shadowrun, we better stay the hell away from AzTechnologies, cause that shit be scary man. The way I see it, we *have* to get our hands dirty at some point and I don't think in this regard Ron is as Naive or Idealistic as Kim

That would be any of the options, honestly. The third one still has standards, his morals are just a little looser than one would expect. The first one isn't naive, he just doesn't like some of the more distasteful stuff. You still need to eat, after all.

Yeah, I still feel like that best fits what I'm aiming for. In my headcanon Ron's a sidekick more out of a desire to help Kim and is pretty competent when he wants to be. I like the idea of him simply setting aside issues on morality until the situation is more in hand.
