Okay any more moments or subordination?
Well, I probably should not Subordinate to Death, because last time things came out of hand quickly. But on the other hand, her specialisation and ability should affect things for the better. I probably should toss a coin.

Edit: I will not Subordinate Act to Death. It passes as it is.
Andre Chaos threw 1 2-faced dice. Reason: 1-Sub; 2-Not Sub Total: 2
2 2

In truth, your Cosmic scale act for the Luminaries would have actually passed more similarly to what you envisioned.

But boosting it to Universal pushed it over the edge to being outright dangerous.

I think people forgot the fact that pushing an act beyond its original scope might actually turn a rather good act into something detrimental.

After all too much of a good thing is dangerous in and of itself.

He'll have to pry it from the previous owner's cold dead hands and that's easier said than done
He probably knows at which moment the last owner would be dead and the circumstances will be such that he will simply have to take the prize without resistance. He may well even arrange such a situation using long-term planning. Because he made an interesting deal with Fate a long time ago.

So it is the Three who are one would come to bargain with the Gobbus and after some time a bargain would be struck. Three wishes would be granted by the Fates. First Gobbus wished for knowledge; knowledge of the inner workings of the universe, knowledge of things to come and could be, and so much more was given. From this knowledge Gobbus would devise his second wish. He would desire immunity from all the things that fell under the purview of the Fates which included the other Primordials. Not even Fate may move against him so long as he directs no malice towards her and her work. And finally, he wished to be included in the great work to come in shaping the universe, to add his voice and thoughts, and essence into the world.
