I don't think they use last names. They always introduce themselves based on where they're from or who they serve with their first name if they do even that much.

Also, what did you use to roll his stats? *Not a single one above Nat 5* Yup. That's Roy alright.
 
I forgot how useless Roy is without the SoS, hopefully we have some time to bump all of his stats into having a base of 10 at least.

I don't think he did roll, all of them are 4 except the ones we got Ninian as a mother for. We are probably weak in stats due to youth.
