Resident Assistant is a student role, though the staff members in dorm are absolutely part of the whole 'managing that horrid mess' system.
Running over the suspected ones:
Fu Hua is a student, not a teacher, even though we all know she could teach.
Rita is based out of HQ, she only comes to the Far East Division on assignment or visits, and is not staff at St Freya.
Raiden Mei and Bronya Zaychik are six monthsish from coming to St Freya. Mei is presently a perfectly normal student at Chiba Academy in Nagazora, Bronya is presently undergoing extensive physiotherapy.
The cabbage overlord is not yet online (yes, we're safe... for now).
And don't limit yourself to Honkai characters. The basic setting is Honkai but that doesn't mean I haven't borrowed people from Fate to fill gaps.

So, based on all . . . that, with Rin, my working assumption is the Papa Tohasaka was affiliated with Anti-Entropy, and got murdered by Kotomine in this universes version of Fate/zero. Also that Rin and Tesla may have been merged into one character because they are basically the same character, and Rin is continuing to work with Anti-Entropy.

It's possible she's just a gifted researcher. She's obviously aiming towards research work and Anti-Entropy aren't the only ones who do science. (Basically, this is a Rin who turned all her magecraft brains to something she can actually get social recognition and accreditation for) While Anti-Entropy's q-state tech is absolutely the forefront of the field, Rin is telling the truth that it's available on the private sector. She may not be bullshitting. She's bullshitting.
The Tohsaka family has actually been vaguely Schicksal-affiliated for most of its history, though in this generation there's no real connection and Rin has expressed more interest in private sector work than working as a Schicksal researcher.
The thing to remember about Archer is that he's not actually any more sarcastic than Shirou is.
He just says his internal monologue out loud all the time, instead of only occassionally.

TBF, if I remember the manga right, the official Valkyrie uniform is straight up a leotard, short, and stockings. No gender differences. (Louis wore that thing like a champ, damn.) At least, that was the uniform a decade or so ago.
She does also have contacts who can give her super-advanced machinery on the cheap, and I imagine AE would like some eyes on the ground of whatever's happening in Fuyuki.
The big question is, has she ever done any work with - ME, was it? Raiden's company.
Also, WRT to the Tohsaka's being Schicksal-affilliated, that makes perfect sense, given that the Tohsaka's used to be secret Christians, and Schicksal was/is(?) an arm of the Catholic Church.

I mean, AE tech is explicitly Schicksal-tech-derived to the point that you can still make the former work using parts from the latter, so it might not actually be that noticeable as long as the aesthetic is modified and no one walks a Titan into the sitting room or something.
I think its more about the wear and tear. Even the more robust ones only last one or two deployments, so it turns into a very quick case of throwing money at the problem until you're out of money and then you're shit out of luck.
Valkyries on the other hand, even the mediocre ones, have the years long schooling start up, but last for years after. Depends on how well their body can take the Honkai, but its usually like a decade at the lower end barring extreme cases* I think?
*Himeko in other words. I think the manga had her be a survivor of an attack, but she was infected with energy so they implanted a stigmata into her despite her horrible sync rating with Honkai cause it'd let her live longer anyway.
