Fallout: The Cascadian Wastes

Thing I'm Claiming:
-Somewhere high-ish up in the Rockey Mountains in Wyoming. Doesn't matter exactly where.
-Name: The Eagle's Nest, formerly Vault 33.

Brief Background:
Vault 33 was one of the Lucky Ones, one of the facilities not intended as part of Vault-Tech's twisted experiments, but as a legitimate refuge for people. Admittedly, it was meant for the Rich and Wealthy who paid off Vault-Tech ahead of time, but that just meant the technicians and local citizens who ended up inside had nicer quarters than they had been expecting when the Bombs fell suddenly, and the Bigwigs-for the most part-got blasted to ash.
Oh, the Patersons made it, but they were decent enough folks if a little stuck up. But a Paterson kid can club a radroach just as good as anyone else.
The vault did have one little quirk, nestled into the other systems: for some reason, it was apparently being used to store the eggs of genetically-modified, near-sapient Bald-Eagles designed to operate as some kind of War animal.
Obviously, with limited space and resources, the Dwellers didn't try and grow any. However, after the Vault eventually opened, curiosity got the better of a few scientists, and they hatched the Eggs, raised the Eagles, and trained the frighteningly intelligent birds to help out the people of the vault, hunting nuisance animals, scouting for intruders, and other such jobs.
Their exposure to Radiation has changed their colouration and intelligence somewhat, but overall, the Eagles seem to have thrived in the Post-War world, some even flying out beyond the Vault to begin new colonies.
If only the same could be said about Humanity...

Special Equipment:
Functional Vault-Tech Vault, with Hydroponics Bay, Water Purifier, and Reactors, built a decent way up a mountainside. Cause Vault-Tech is weird.
Black Eagles: Genetically-Modified and (now) slightly mutated Bald Eagles-larger, tougher, stronger, and much smarter than their distant ancestors. Often used as Hunting and War beasts by the Vault-Dwellers.

Thing I'm Claiming: Northeast Montana, Saskatchewan (In the area of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation and Regina)
Brief Background: The Dakota were victories. Since the days of the "Manifest Destiny" the United States of America had oppressed the Dakota. Now, US was disintegrated into fire brought upon them solely because of their greed. The Dakota were largely spared from Nuclear Fire, but were decimated by the Fallout. Horses, the Dakota's way of life, were ill prepared against Rads, and within a few generations horses were extinct. But just as when the buffalo had disappeared, the Dakota adapted. Ragstags, distantly related to Elk and deer were domesticated over the course of 100 years to the point where they could be used as mounts, allowing warriors to experience the once stuff of legend. Radscorpians were far harder, and to this day only a few can be used to pull chariots. To shield themselves from the fake tribes of the south, the Missouri river now marks the southern boundary, and all land beyond it is described as the wild.
Special Equipment: Domesticated Radstags, Radscorpians in the process of being domesticated.

Will compromise on some of the equipment @Firebringer2077

Radscorpions are impossible to domesticate. (You are not Big MT, which the Courier hasn't found yet either). Radstags... you can raise them but riding one is a very... dicey endeavor. You can raise them for food, and pelts, but as a pack animal they are fairly useless. Otherwise approved. 2 units

not particularly. Submit spy or war actions to me though. However I must stress this PLEASE don't make me do 4000 scavenging and exploration reports. If you find something in your turn I will let you know if you find it
Alright and can I ask you to define what types of actions we are given and how many of each we are allowed? Because the Game System part of the opening post doesn't mention them.

I'm trying to figure out a way to basically have horses, since they are extinct, so if you have any suggests let me know.

If that's impossible or unlikely then I would like to switch my equipment to a lot of farms.

On a side note I just realized that my nation's military is going to have a lovely aesthetic theme going once I do some minor research. After all if I am going to be hunting Mirelurks I need to use all of the body, not just the meat.

Thing I'm Claiming: Buckshot Confederacy (Butte, Montana)
Brief Background: Once cowboys roamed the the Wild West, meting out the harsh law of the frontier. Once an era forgotten was reborn during the coldest times of nuclear winter, where the remnants of the Montana National Guard, holed up in their depot against the unforgiving scourge of nature, discovered a cache of legends of heroes long gone. In the dark nights, they dreamed of roaming the Great Plains, in their darkest fears, they remember that they are the thin line between civilization and destruction, between freedom and savagery. When the nuclear winter finally subsided, they stood ready to venture back into the untamed wasteland, bringing civilization and American Freedom, in the name of The Lord and the Gunslinger.
(Summary: Former National Guard in the depths of nuclear winter, came across a caches of cowboy novels, and became obsessed to preserve their sanity, and now have a syncretic religion between Christianity and Wild West novels).
Special Equipment: National Guard arms depot, Medium (to large?, only if it is possible) Workshop.
Gunslingers (suggestion if it isn't too much): Devoted in the worship of The Lord and the Gunslinger, these travelling priests dedicate their life to mastering their guns to bring justice and The Word to the frontier (Missionary/Enhanced Ranged unit).

@Firebringer2077 would it be possible to create a second faction on the opposite side of the map if we don't get enough factions? I would not have to play it, and it could just be an NPC

After a bit of EUIV an discussing some plans for another Nation game, I give you the Taiyang Flag (Explanation coming soon)

So @Firebringer2077 I still haven't gotten a reply to my question about layout and how many actions we are allowed (and what types there are). But I am also wondering if you might provide a Key to the map, because while I can understand some of the colours and symbols represent there are many which I am clueless about.
