It wants to be re-titled to "The Lost Years", but given the format (an ongoing story sliced into 200-word chunks, based on unconnected prompts), I don't know if it deserves an actual name.     • Break And Bend Universe: Series, individual pieces rated to taste. An abandoned, depressing series of angst about Quinn & Santana being repressed, Brittany being marginalized, and everything being awful. Don't say I didn't warn you.
    • Operation: Lima: Rated Mature. Spy AU, abandoned, unfinished.

    • All In The Family: Rated G. Harry's had just about enough of Ron being an ass about Harry's sexuality. Gen, crack.

    • In Another Life: Rated M. In her dreams, Shizune wears the First's necklace and Tsunade wears a smile just for her. F/F, mentions of past F/M.
    • Degeneration: Rated M. Team Asuma falls apart. Postwar. Implied F/M/M.
    • and then there were none: Rated M. Pretentiously titled. What if the members of Team Gai die in this war? No pairings, just angst.
    • Shark Tales (or, Breathing Underwater): Rated T. Co-written with grassyhyuuga. In which what happens in Kirigakure does not stay in Kirigakure, and the particular brand of crazy of the Nidaime Mizukage is explained. M/M, nothing explicit.
    • Provings: Rated E. Tenten is horny on main for Temari. That's it, that's the fic. F/F, Temari/Tenten.

    • late nights, brakes lock (hear the tires squeal): Rated M (intense sexual undertones): Set a little after Ann gets recruited, the first three Thieves crash in Akira's room.
    • Five Times Takamaki Ann Brought A Friend To Her Movie Premier (And One Time It Was Her Girlfriend): Rated G. Ann/Sae. Ann trolls the press. And then she doesn't. Humor, mild romance.
    • Five Times Futaba Gave Her Friends "Advice" (And One Time She Got Some): Rated M (implied sexual content). "The Phantom Thieves have started getting sex lives. Futaba's there to critique." Futaba trolls her friends about their sex lives, with varying degrees of success.

    • Silver: Rated M. Shiloh doesn't have much of anything, these days. Post-canon, character study, no actual pairings.

    RWBY
    • Enter The Dragon: Rated E (sexual content). "Once, she was the dragon: invincible, unstoppable. Now, she's just Yang. Whoever that is." Yang/Blake, not actually meant to be a love story. COMPLETED.
    • Young Gods: Rated E (sexual content). "Summer is fed up with Taiyang and Raven traumatizing her and Qrow by having loud sex at all hours, so she decides to do something about it." Raven/Summer/Taiyang, heavily visual, really just smut with characterization.
    • Beacon University: Pieces range from G to E with sexual content. A series of shorts in a modern AU. Blake/Ruby & Ruby/Weiss poly, Neopolitan/Yang & Junior/Yang no commitment/cheating. Background Pyrrha/Winter. Occasional BDSM themes, mostly just character exploration. Tags are extensive, navigate carefully.
    • Breaking Through: Rated E (sexual content). "Glynda wants her to let go. Yang... can't." Glynda/Yang post-canon piece, mainly character exploration using smut.

    • Ice Queen Weiss: Rated E (sexual content). A series of Kinktober prompts set in a fantasy AU with Ice Queen Weiss Schnee, Queen's Champion Winter Schnee, and Spymaster Whitley Schnee. Blake/Weiss, Pyrrha/Winter/Yang. Very, very kinky, please heed the tags.
    • Canon Diverted, Crisis Averted: Rated E (sexual content). A series of pieces set in a world where instead of just going along with the plan, Emerald Sustrai gets help for Cinder. Mainly just porn shorts at the moment, may eventually acquire the full backstory.
    • Homecoming: Rated E (sexual content). Commission piece. Modern AU where Blake and Ruby settle back into their lives after Ruby returns home from military service.
    • Prompts: 1.5 tables full of short prompts. Various pairings, themes, and characters. Too many pieces to list individually.

    Multi/Mashup/Fills
    • 30 Kisses Grab Bag: Individually rated. An unrelated hodgepodge of things from different 'verses, based on a series of prompts from the 30 Kisses comm on LJ. Contains Glee, Skins, and Persona 3.
    • Kink Meme Fills: An unrelated hodgepodge of things from different 'verses. It's all fills from kink memes, tread carefully.

    • Becoming: in which a traumatized half-Japanese Australian magical cyborg has no idea what's going on, but is going to try doing the right thing anyway. Heed the tags, please. It's COMPLETE.

    In-Progress​

    I'm defining 'in-progress' as something I've worked on in the past month.

    Bet On Black: New Planeswalker Logan Black gets thrown into worlds he barely understands. A Quest I haven't yet published, but have been hammering away at all month.


    Abandoned/Stalled​

    Naruto
    • Kagamiverse: Co-written with grassyhyuuga. Senju Tobirama survives. Butterflies annihilate canon. All is well. Broken up into four 'books' (Nidaime, Sandaime, Yondaime, Godaime), and huge. Godaime (my baby) is 35k words unfinished, and Sandaime will be comparable. Yondaime will be short, and Nidaime will probably be shorter than Godaime/Sandaime, but not quite as short as Yondaime. Don't get either grassy or I started on this universe; we may never stop.
    • The Legendary Lover: AU in which Tsunade sleeps with people instead of gambling her money away. Despite the title, not actually shameless porn; Tsunade does all her doing off-screen. Rather, it's Shizune POV, as she tries and fails to deal with being in love with Tsunade. About 90% done, there's just one sticky bit.
    • Through the Shadow: this is a Naruto OC in Kusagakure. Yes, I realize this means no one will read it.
    • Untitled Kakashi's mother doesn't die: In which Kakashi's mother doesn't die, Naruto grows up with a family, and a great many people are much happier than they could have been. About 75% completed.
    • Untitled 'tsunade/shizune 2': Shizune flails because she's been in love with Tsunade for years. Genma attempts to help. Not sure how far I am in this one percentage-wise, but it's ~1k words.
    • Untitled what if Sasuke didn't leave Konoha fic: A snapshot fic where Sasuke decides he'd rather train Sakura to be his backup than leave and join Orochimaru. Not sure what percentage this has, or even where I was going with it.
    • Untitled fic that's gotten partially cannibalized for Kagami: In which Sakura and Ino have a slow-burn romance, Shizune and Tsunade have a background one that acts as counterpoint to theirs, and Sasuke is still a little shit. No idea where this is at percentage-wise, but it feels way too long to just jump back into.

    Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
    • One In Imperfection: I don't remember where this was going. It's Mitsuru-centric, that's all I've been able to gleam.
    • Shinji From The Future: Not actually crack. It's got a convoluted timeline, but damn does it get the job done. Notable in that it's the only thing I've ever written where I feel like I've properly captured Chidori being a complete bitch. (I laugh every time she's on screen, because I'm an awful person.) Not even close to finished.
    • Through Smoke: This one hurts every time I remember I haven't finished it. It's long - and also ties in with Shinji From The Future, so technically even longer than that - and it's a massive set of character studies and alternate points of view. The main couple is Yukari/Mitsuru, which was my FLAGSHIP couple once upon a day.
    • Untitled FFX/P3 fusion: this one is just a .txt of ideas. Minato as the summoner, Yukari as the sheriff of Kilikka, Junpei the wandering swordsman, Akihiko the blitzer (and former warrior-monk), Shinji the blitzer (and former warrior-monk), Mitsuru the blitz team manager, Fuuka the Al Bhed alchemist. Strega as a summoner-guardian team. It sounds awesome in my head, but doesn't work out when I try to write it.
    • Untitled Catherine/P3 xover: Junpei/Yukari, weirdness. I have no idea where this was going.

    16 Jan update: AM

    • Minor editing - typos, awkward wording, etc - on Immortals
    • Mental mapping for Korrasami Book Four start, which really needs a better name than that

    17 Jan update: AM

    • I didn't get anything done last night writing-wise DON'T LOOK AT ME
    • Two updates to Steps Toward Nirvana (link and desc. in sig)
    • Progress on Korrasami Book Four Start. "Sweetheart," Asami whispers, and she doesn't like to think about this herself but, "you're probably going to outlive me."
     
    Love pretty much everything under In Progress/Stalled. May be biased because I love butterfly effect stories (and yuri detailed characters).

    Things that stand out for pairing interesting concepts
    -Korra Epilogue. Have no idea where it would go, but I am there. All the shipping!
    -Kakashi's mother surviving. That would have major effects on just about everything. Kakashi with even one pillar of support would be an entirely different man.
    -Through Smoke. Because character studies and the pairing.
    -Kagamiverse Anything written by Grassyhyuuga & you is like crack to me

    Also had no clue you have a webnovel, should probably put it into your sig or something. Same with Immortals.

    I had to buy a fedex to ship them properly jfc. That one is currently 7k words, no idea how it got there. Something about those two....

    That one actually shies away from focusing on Kakashi, because I have no idea who he'd be with a mother. It's one of those broad strokes kind of fics, where you don't get scenes so much as narration.

    Through Smoke makes me sad. One of these days I need to hook my PS2 back up, grab a controller, and play P3FES through again so I can finish TS. I would give you a quote from TS to, y'know, give you an idea of the overall tone, but it's not particularly quotable. Everything snowballs, so there's nothing I can take out of context and still have it be awesome/interesting.

    So instead, have something from Shinji From The Future: "You don't understand why I cut myself," [Chidori] said cooly, eyes finally lifting from the sketchpad to stare daggers into [Yukari], "and I don't understand why you invite Mitsuru into your room late at night, but pretend you're dating Keisuke."

    Man, don't get me started on Kagamiverse. It's everything I ever wanted in a Narutofic. Everything. At some point or another, that is. Sasuke's blood sings as he breathes fire and deflects ice. He's never really fought like this, not where he stared death in the face and evaded him only by the skin of his teeth. [....] This, against two jounin of unknown skill, this is a true test of his worth.

    Named is NSFW, can't sig it. It's got a lady doing the do with another lady, don't'cha know. Smoke exploded, his entire body shifting into smoke-form. He threw himself forward toward where he had seen the guy, pulling himself together when he hit a mass roughly the size of a person. He shifted back to solid, forming his body so his arms were looped around the gunman's armpits, his hands laced together behind his head. Yanking his arms backward hard when he was fully formed, Smoke snapped one foot into the back of the guy's knee.

    Immortals is something I need to force myself to write more of. It's basically my life's work. I've had three separate betas, over a period of fifteen years, look at various aspects of it. I don't have anything majorly quotable out of it, though; it's an original dark fantasy piece, and as such needs quite a bit of background for things to make sense.
     
    I didn't realize you'd written In Another Life. I quite liked that fic. Thought it was going to be rather depressing and melancholic at first given that most people seem to treat it as unrequited so the actual tone of the story came as a pleasant surprise.

    Hey, thanks. Yeah, I write quite a lot of yuri. I actually threw up my hands with it in the Naruto fandom, though, because people there tend to ignore or actively discourage yuri. It's bizarre and uncomfortable.

    I think, if Shizune loving Tsunade is a thing in canon, it would be unrequited. However, fic exists so people like us can see stuff like that happen. :)

    more like, "steps toward nirvana isn't". the lok I'm working on is an anamoly; everything else active is sad. I'm not sure why everything is a tragedy. one of those things I haven't yet figured out about myself, I guess.

    I've gotten all of jack and shit done lately, except one (maybe two? can't remember) updates to Steps Toward Nirvana. In my defense, I worked two doubles, went on a date, and got my car fixed. So, I'm frustrated but not particularly surprised.
