Noticing Ambraea had closed herself off again, Maia turn her attention to Verdigris in an attempt to gauge it's mistresses feelings. Noting it's excitement, nervousness, and a slight hint of playfulness, maia grinned and asked "What did you get me?"
Ambraea stiffens "Get you? I'm not sure what you could mean?"
"My present, the one your feeling nervous about, just give it to me already." Maia insists with a smile and a tilt of her head.
"Oh Fine." Ambraea sighs in defeat, pulling a beautiful bracelet out. "Do you like it? Also what gave it away?"
"It's gorgeous. Of course I like it." maia said as she slipped it on.
"My second question?" Ambraea asked pointedly while Verdigris joyfully rubbed it's scales against Maia's cheek.
"Oh you know" Maia said while running a hand along Verdigris's middle and reaching out to stroke Ambraea's cheek with the other "just womans intuition."
