Even after the reboot, I'm still trapped in the wrong anime!

Glad to see all the partner options are seen as acceptable. Any questions while I'm awake?

[X][Partner] Shade - a creature of shifting shadows, hidden sights, and mesmerizing illusions. Tricky and playful, but think twice about trusting your eyes.

Do we get options for what the magical girl anime would be like?
Nope. That's up to me. The players get a say in the character, but the world is in my hands beyond the genre choice.
What are the mons? Are they animal, mineral, concept? Or is this a we choose next update.
The mons are semi-spirit animals. They have physical bodies, but are also somewhat mutable. They can grow, go through a metamorphosis, and so on.

[X][Partner] Nox- a creature of the hungering void, drawing in all it can. Greedy and hungering, but surprisingly generous to those it deems worthy.
[X][Style] Alpha Strike- Hit first, Hit hard, and hope they go down first, because god help you if they don't
[X][Name] Giovanni

Nox pulls them in close for some ora ora ora. Or within yo-yo range. Pain train is very tempting.

[X][Partner] Dusk - a creature of the darkness of day's end, a time of respite, recovery, and relaxation. Helpful, friendly, though somewhat pushy with regards to those injured or otherwise hurt.
[X][Style] Pain Train- You might be a bit slow to start, but once you get rolling, there's no stopping you.

[X][Style] Pain Train
[X][Name] Argus

Would be cool if our Creature of Darkness can Heal!

Pain Train is overwhelmingly winning, so changing vote.

[X][Partner] Shade

Keep the enemy off-balance while the pain train builds up. (Would also be good with Alpha Strike, but that one's not going to win.)

Edit: Shade also works best with our yo-yo, almost forgot about that.

Dusk works great for Pain Train and the Wall, because both don't start great, and build up over time in different ways, and having a healer that ensures we're staying up to reach our zenith is a very good idea.

[X][Style] Thorny Wall- Enduring with ease, as they break themselves upon your defense, though your offense could use some work.

I'm kinda surprised Argus is proving to be popular. I asked Behind The Name for random Mythological Greek names and that's the only one I didn't know the meaning of.

Our teacher sounds like a jolly fellow. :V
