Hero: A powerful warrior. Think Gilgamesh/Hercules/Achilles type. Can accomplish great feats that may add bonuses to your tribe.
Elder: A powerful ruler. Think Odysseus/Pericles type. Provides boost to Civ's development on all levels. Will have most influence on Tribe's political direction and future.
Witch/Witch Doctor: A powerful occult figure. Think Oracles/Circe type. Provides boost to Civ's health and some science production. Also...nevermind.

Honestly I think Elder is our best bet for class. They provide a bunch of boosts it's seems and foundational support for government decisions

It won't be quite as in depth as quests focused on individual characters but you will have control over important life decisions and such
