War would only benefit us. We get rid of excess men, possibly gather more women, perhaps even steal a hero unit if they've also got one. We can afford losses surprisingly more so than most, since we've had the start with so many men.

I have the worst feeling that...regardless of attempts to be peaceful...Arthellion is going to force us to war whether we like it or not. This is a savage time.

If we could speak their tongue, i'd say greet them peacefully, but seeing as how we probably wont be able to understand a thing they say (and vice versa) i say we attack them and integrate them into the tribe.

We need the manpower!

Plagues otherwise know as diseases that spread rapidly do not infact happen in the stone age due to a lack of close contact between groups, however a common disease/plague source is via close relationships with different species. Who wants to bet we are going to have to roll to resist an outbreak from happening?
