A single unit of Small Arms Ammo supplied to a unit of Infantry would last around a Cycle (4 months). Its likely your soldiers could take a static settlement barring any surprises. Even without ammo your Infantry could still fight, but they would then be using melee weapons.
Ammo for your gun batteries is different, however. Its used up in a single barrage.
I'm down for this. I think we should build some bombers this round and use them to scout one hex in front of us so we can hopefully find fuel on the way

I think you mean 50 tons is a piddly patrol boat...
A modern Supercarrier is more like 100,000 tons, so we are the size of a destroyer with 100,000 people on us?

-[x] Remain neutral to the Political Group.
-[x] Delay response.
-[x] Determine Movement South-East 2 spaces
Head south east and look for metal again. This keeps us within striking distance of clearwater while looking to get enough metal to equip infantry to loot.
The journey south-east is uneventful, with the only excitement when the spotters caught site of several groups of riders atop strange lizard-like creatures in the distance. Seemingly keeping between the city and the large herds discovered in the last cycle. The riders made no attempt to follow the city as it left the area, and were soon lost in the distance.

Politics:
With no crackdown on the Gunners, the group begins to slowly grow in size. While you have delayed any response to there demands, they seem content to allow the current status quo to remain, at least until they build more numbers. Your advisors assure you that they aren't a threat, and could, in fact, be very useful in the event of a war.
Movement:
You can move North, North-East, South-East, South, South-West, or North-West for a maximum of 2 spaces. (See World Map)

Thats pretty much it.
With fuel we can explore how we want/trade it.
With metal we can trade it for fuel/build an army to attack the city and repurpose its resources.
We don't have enough metal to actually build anything, and we don't know anything about the area we aren't now in and wether it has resources we can use.
Question!
Instead of fighters or Bombers, Kyle we build a Scout group in our Hanger Bay? One that's Job is to automatically scout around the city for stuff, and also possibly spot enemy city engines before they arrive?
Now that i think about it, we should have turned our metal into trade goods and exchanged those for a map at the town.
Or outright produced a military and attacked the town,
