Not quite, the perspective and different positions make the others look smaller. Ryuuzaki is 199cm, or 6'6" for 'Muricans. Siblings part 2 is a better way to get a sense of her height, or this rough height chart I made previously:

It's actually a pretty common fan theory that Stain has some ability to increase his physicality by 'stealing' it from his victims using his Quirk. The reason he's such a badass is that he gets to keep the boost if he kills them while his Quirk is active, and it stacked over time. There's not a lot of canon support for it, of course, but there you go.

That might explain Stain, but not Endeavour stopping speeding cars with one hand and wrestling with a black-skin Nomu (the ones that always have a super-strength Quirk), Bakugo punching Deku across a street hard enought to dent a metal railing, Nighteye throwing paperweights hard enough to crack concrete, Eraserhead lifting people into the air with a scarf and sending them flying with a punch, Vlad King cracking a concrete wall by slamming a Dabi clone into it, Mirio punching out people with super-toughness, Midoriya dragging a fridge with All-Might sitting on it before he even got OFA, etc etc.
My personal pet theory is Passive Quirks passed down from Mutant-type Quirks disseminating amongst the population allowing people with sufficient training to perform superhuman feats, as mentioned in the essay omake in the sidestory tab.

That works, though personally I just subscribe to MHA being a shounen world where intense but mundane training can take you to levels of physicality we'd consider superhuman. It's a genre thing, it's just something People Can Do in a setting like that, rather than a genetic change rendering the whole population superhuman.
Deku, Sobbing As He Deadlifts A Truck: "I'll never be superhuman like those people who can move small objects with their mind or who have telescopic earlobes."
Deku, Wiping Tears With One Hand As He Juggles Motorbikes With The Other: "No, I can't think like that! I may be a total loser, b- but even I can push past my Quirkless limits with All Might's help!"
Mind you, I did have a pet theory for some time that Toga's power had an Alex Mercer component to it, allowing her to also copy the mentality and memories of those she was impersonating. Her actual power seemed quite weak, so this would be an extra bonus that explained how the giggling psycho was able to infiltrate for any length of time, that dovetailed with what appeared to be a hyperfixated chameleon syndrome, and that would also explain how a 15 year-old girl with no formal training was busting out moves that let her smack around a martial arts-focused professional like Eraserhead in a straight fight.
...buuut turns out she can just copy some (?) Quirks, instead. Still a power boost, but less interesting than I'd thought. C'est la vie.

I am happy to announce that I am done with my exams and training, and hiatus is at long last officially over.
I'm nearly finished writing Chapter 53 and it should be going up in the coming days, but in the meanwhile, well, you know how I said that the previous art update was the first of the commissions I had done as a milestone celebration?
Well, here's the other one:

WOOOOOOOO! I was just thinking about this because one of my all-time fav authors did an in-joke about Ryuuzaki's appetite.
So we have "Happy to meet you", "I'm not gonna give up" face, the fitness maniac, and the stoic analyst. That is a very divergent set of expressions, especially in keeping with the art style. Deffo high-quality artist. I think I especially like the first and third, since a big part of Ryuuzaki's character struggle was expressing positive emotions. So a simple, pure, almost Gura-esque joy is a "little moment" I think is especially meaningful. Something the people around her would find infectious.
... Ryuuzaki probably wouldn't remember Vtubers, sad.

Yeah, we already had "Stepped on the hostage doll in Hero Training", "Ryuko! Ice Cream! And Ryuko!" and "My friends roped me into this but I'm having a good time" so I wanted to get a few more different expressions, and I'm super happy with how they turned out.
Ryuuzaki died in summer 2016 so no, she wouldn't.
I'm sad to hear the others didn't hit the mark quite as well, but yeah, I am happy to have gotten a commission done in this style, even if I did have to wait nearly four months for it.AAAAHH! My Bloody Academia. The latest KLK crossover by the master of Life Fibers, Shemhazat, where the cast gets to live a life with Quirks instead of Life Fibers. In Chapter twenty four, we get this line from Mirko about Ryuko Matoi's Quirk-enhanced metabolism:
