[X] Show him Söfnun. It's dangerous sure, but if you get in early enough Mother won't have had enough time to institute martial law or whatever it is she intends to amuse herself with for six months. Beyond tormenting you.
--[X] Take him to the market and buy him things on credit you're not sure you can afford any more. You think that's how courtship works for dragons and mortals alike.

LET'S MAKE SURE MOM DOES NOT RUIN OUR ECONOMY

I don't like Jun-Ho.
There, I've said it.
He may be handsome, but he doesn't even like Gold! What's that about?

Still, maybe something can be salvaged.
[X] Show him the vast treasure trove of wine your wish gave you and get extremely drunk in miserable solidarity with each other. What could possibly go wrong?

He might prefer gems. Precious precious stones...

Booze, Booze always helps:D

"... so..." you say at last. "Do you... like... gold?"

Jun-ho shrugs. "Not really."
I'd say that Jun-ho is a... Bad Dragon

...well this looks amazing. Put me down in the "let's go exploring" column, I want to see what's up with that map. And hey, if we can get Jun-Ho a temporary lair, we can save money on renovations! What kind of dragon doesn't like saving money?

[X] Show him the neighbourhood. He probably wants to get a proper feel for the local landmarks so he's not just stuck in and around your spire-region, and there's plenty of stuff to see within flying distance. Maybe you can even check out one of the places from the map on the sly. That'd really impress him.
--[X] The mountains. Air should be a lot clearer there, and if he's anywhere near as fascinated by magical bits and baubles as you then there should be plenty to amuse yourselves with in that old wizard's tower. Given how long and thin and flexible he is, he might even be able to fit comfortably as a temporary lair.

Booze, Booze always helps:D
I don't think it does. Booze tends to exaggerate an existing mood, so 'drowning your sorrows' tends to just make them worse. Like Squirty said a while back, drunken misery in a banged up lair is not a pick me up. What does help is some fresh air and distractions. Like mountains and wizard towers.
I'd say that Jun-ho is a... Bad Dragon
booooo

Besides, that's @TenfoldShields :V

Clearly there must've been something else in the room that overshadowed his love of gold. Something so loveable that saying you like something else, even if you use the weakest words possible, would seem like sullying the affection you feel by making them comparable.

But what could there possibly be inside this cave that could inspire such pure emotions?

(witness the firepower of these fully armed and operational shipping goggles)

Damn it, he saw the ifrit.

Also worth noting: We are currently outside. Getting drunk with Jun-Ho requires inviting him into our lair, which is presently a disaster area inhabited by a gold-covered manwhore. This is perhaps not the best way to make a good impression on our new friend.

I just...

A) I really don't want to get Eldingar drunk. In addition to the above it's moving too fast, and it'll probably make things worse in a not-funny way due to what booze does to a bad mood.
B) Going to the market is narratively backtracking to somewhere we've already been. We just went shopping yesterday, and we almost certainly will again. Let's do something new, damnit!
C) Either of the above options stagnates the overall plot by putting off finding out who the other husbandos are.
C) Wizard tower are cool and full of Shiny Toys, boy- and otherwise.

Ah, but you forget: There was a marker in Sofnun when we were there yesterday. Which likely means there's a husbando lurking in the big city.

Compass points to potential boyfriends, I assume. Jun-ho might have been at mom's temporary lair in the city, while ifrit was at our lair.

She makes to kick off and into the sky, but pauses at the last moment. Slowly reaching out and picking up the barrel of wine you brought out for her.

"I'm keeping this."
I don't think I like her. I don't even like her brand of awfulness, which is a little strange because I usually enjoy I'm doing this because it's for my own good/good for you terribleness especially when it comes with a side of casual cannibalism. Maybe it's because she's not a pov character?

--[x] The forest. You don't really know how scale colour corresponds to natural habitat for his type of dragon but if it's anything like red dragons from around here it'd at least be slightly more comfortable. And there's that old abandoned estate he could squat in.

Fuck it, decision making can wait for a time when everything isn't awful what the fuuuuuuuu
