You know, Malware & Alpha are surprisingly similar, even calling their respective creator father. Hmm...
Flawed or Misforunate?

On Galvan B, the Mechamorphs lived... well, just about as well as anyone else. Except, for their society, there was one
very notable Mechamorph: The yellow and emaciated looking 'Malware', as some derogatorily called him. Of course, perhaps mocking him was a terrible idea?
'Malware' seethed with rage, his body always
hurting, and he was so angry when Father decided to disappear- He promised to help him, to correct his broken life code. Yet Father had abandoned him,
again...
Why, why would Father constantly do this to him? 'Malware' knew he was made wrong, he knew he could be...
problematic. But he thought Father knew he loved him? It hurt being like this, but 'Malware' kept giving Father chances.
Yet, he was starting to think that was foolish. To run away, he knew Father was gone. Only the assistant remains, though they're not particularly fond of each other... 'Malware' understands at least, that Albedo sees him as a threat.
With Father gone, Albedo no longer pretends to like him... But it respects Father, so why doesn't it
respect him? Always treated like a joke, as something that should be destroyed! Does Father blame him for his... flaws? He didn't want to be flawed, he doesn't
want to be seen as flawed.
Only Father showed him kindness, everyone else sees a monster... But maybe Father was just better at hiding it. How much longer must he suffer as the 'Malware'? Perhaps he should try to track Father, he did notice Father's Prototype is gone... the 'Omnitrix'? Perhaps Father is wherever it went...

Trapped in an ever-shifting realm, filled with rocks of all things, one peculiar being lies in wait. If one did not know better, they might of thought they were a Galvanic Mechamorph.
Few are foolish enough to approach the mysterious nanomechnical being, especially after that one time it possessed a Pyronite and became some...
thing, screeching about its 'father' and questioning why it couldn't sense its 'brothers'.
No one knows how it arrived, one day it was just...
there. Of course the mysterious new arrival was going to be investigated, which turned out to be a
really bad idea.
It took getting some Mechamorphs involved, and whatever that thing is actually seemed to have been intrigued by their presence. Despite that initial...
outburst, it has been willing to behave.
Feed it when needed, and let it be an executioner for the worst of the worst. Though given some of the...
things it does, maybe indulging it is a bad idea? It claims to mainly been confused and threatened, but...
Whatever 'Alpha' is, feels like the thing is trying to figure something out. Given how difficult it was to deal with once, no surprise they're willing to indulge it, but 'Alpha' is far too dangerous...
Is there no way to root out such an obvious threat? Who cares if it is trapped in the Null Void and playing pretend at being behave after its 'accident'? If it ever got loose, 'Alpha' would clearly be a danger to the universe...

So, about the best I could do, I didn't want to deliberately go non-canon. For Malware, there's a good chance his sabotaged "cure" was what finalized him as a villain, prior to that he had pretty decent reasons to be an angry psychotic mess. Ben 10 doesn't have a lot of villain complexity.
As for Alpha's bit, I see that as him just BSing and simply deciding he didn't need to waste his time fighting people off. He wants his "father", but is absolutely a dangerous threat. The Narrator... I don't know, just some rando if The Rooters aren't gonna be a thing.
