Applying as a pair with @Kensai

Name: Naramsin Ashatnaya
Appearance (Face Claim): Naramsin is an attractive young man, possessed of a svelte frame and dark brown complexion. Mid-length black hair is usually styled loosely to frame gray eyes, and he can nearly always be seen wearing some gold or silver jewelry.
Mask Claim: His black half mask is styled to resemble a lion, its mane extending over his head and just past his neck when worn. It leaves the bottom half of his face fully exposed, and his eyes visible; when his kakugan are active it's difficult to distinguish where the eye begins and the mask ends.
Age: 22
History: What is known about Naramsin implies a concerning lack of information about the membership of the Chaldean Mafia; the Ashatnaya family is by all appearances upper middle class, and analysis of subtly subpoenaed tax returns dated from his formative years reveal no discrepancies indicative of a criminal lifestyle. He can in fact be fairly well documented growing up, having a largely uneventful and unsuspicious childhood up through his high school graduation, where he forwent high school to instead begin a lifestyle that is much more difficult to pin down, not the least because he has made a game of obfuscating and lying about that period of his life. What can be independently verified implies that he lived with a revolving series of well-to-do boyfriends and girlfriends, using their greater wealth to support his own expensive tastes, then moving on when he began to wear his welcome thin. It is believed that at some point during this process he entered the Chaldean Mafia, and rose to a position of street-level responsibility within the group, because otherwise there is no plausible reason for him to have the knowledge of its operating procedures and leadership that he used both to buy his placement in the DIGGR program (this perhaps being the most immediately notable and concerning fact about him: instead of being captured and offered a second chance, Naramsin approached the department independently, and traded information on two wanted Mafia capos in exchange for his current position).
Personality: He is superficially charming, and easy to engage in conversation about a meandering range of topics. Although he is not especially knowledgeable Naramsin can supplant that deficiency with his most troubling character trait easily: duplicity. He is a skilled and accomplished liar, and seems to take pride in his ability to deceive anyone about almost anything, most particularly himself. This does not seem to rise to the level of an involuntary compulsion, as he has demonstrated repeatedly that he is entirely capable of exercising self-control.
It is commonly assumed that he just enjoys fucking with people.
Goals/Priorities: It's most commonly assumed (and in fact is the working assumption) that his ulterior motive (because there must certainly be an ulterior motive) for joining DIGGR is to use the organization and its resources to prosecute some sort of personal vendetta, most plausibly against the Chaldean Mafia. A persistent fringe theory is that he instead aims to subvert DIGGR, either to tear it apart or to engineer some sort of rebellion or mass breakout.
His priorities appear simple enough: nice clothes, nice jewelry, and nice living. It's recommended to overseers dealing with him that they instead utilize the extension or revocation of privilege to control his behavior, as he appears to otherwise resent being coerced.

Naramsin's kagune is unimpressive in appearance, resembling a scaled-up, bulbous raccon's tail. It is long enough that he can swing it in front of him without having to turn physically, but has little else to recommend it, aside from the fact that extruding it spikes his RC cell count extremely; there's some argument among the support staff to append a + class to his threat rating to signify that he poses an unusual sort of danger.

Partnering with @shinaobi. WIP.

Name: Martine "Marty" Young
Appearance (Face Claim):
Marty is petite, athletic, redheaded and cute as a button. She has the face of an angel and a soul of blackest pitch.
Age: 27
History: Marty grew up poor in Detroit. That in itself explains a lot. She never knew her father, who could have been one of any number of men; her mother wasn't picky as long as there was someone around who could give her drugs, money and dick, in that order of priority. Marty herself – well, who knows? She doesn't talk much about her past. She remembers where she got each one of her scars and who gave them to her but she doesn't tell anyone about it.
She decided as a kid to rise above her surroundings. Despite the best efforts of her neighbourhood and the bucket of crabs that was her family and immediate social circle, she worked hard in school and got a scholarship for athletics. Her basketball coach, a retired cop, saw her potential and limitations. She was too small for pro ball and not smart enough for college, but she was cat-quick and tough as nails and she never, ever backed down. He sponsored her application to the Academy.
Since then, she's disappointed him greatly. She did well at the Academy, and got onto the force and then onto Detroit SWAT – but she also began to demonstrate a streak of thuggishness that exceeded even the slack standards of the Detroit PD. Even as a beat cop she was involved in several cases of police brutality, and was even suspended a couple of times. But when she got to SWAT it went to a whole new, much lower level. She has been investigated on multiple counts of unjustified shootings, and been suspected of delivering many beatings. The final straw was when a suspected drug pusher and pimp simply "disappeared". Official word is that he went on the run and is in some other city, but word on the street is that he ended up in a woodchipper. Feet first.
The heat came on, and even Marty's contacts in the Detroit PD couldn't cover her ass on something this big and this gruesome. It was all they could do to bury the investigation and have her quietly discharged from service.
She didn't care. She already had a new job lined up, one that promised her every touch of the old ultra-violence she could handle. A job killing ghouls. They were perfect. Everyone hated ghouls, even other ghouls. Whatever she did to them, they deserved. Instead of being labelled a sick psycho, she'd be a hero. Not that it mattered too much to her what people thought. But the more they liked what she did, the more they'd leave her alone to do it.
She crossed the street and signed up with DoGS.

Personality: Marty is a violent piece of work. She can be outwardly calm but the nastiness is never far from the surface. If it's been too long since she's got into a proper fight, she'll start one – but she's reasonably clever about it and there are plenty of ways to get into an altercation without being the first to throw a punch. As long as she's had her fill of breaking people, she doesn't really care too much about anything else. She also parties really hard.
On the rare occasions that she's in a good mood, she'll be biking somewhere far, far away from other people.

Goals/Priorities: Break faces. It doesn't matter who they belong to – ghouls, humans, other cops. As long as she's doing something nasty to someone else, the hurt stays away.

Where has this RP been all my life

I will require all sheet submission to be made in pairs of two, one player playing a ghoul and one playing a human. No exceptions. If you don't already have a partner in mind, feel free to trawl around in this thread to look for one or something.

Hm. I don't have any partner in mind, and I don't know anyone who reads Tokyo Ghoul who I also am close enough with to try and pull them into this. I could try and get Lichte interested with the Justice tag, but for now I'll just cite interest here to anyone else looking for a partner.

I'm willing to bounce concepts and ideas with anyone else who wants in on this. I'd prefer to be the Ghoul in the relationship because I get the feeling that a human cannibal would get a few weird looks, but I'm willing to go either way.

*Goes digging around old notes to see if any old OC's will work for this*

COMBAT RULES ARE NOW IN THE RULEBOOK IF ANYONE WANT TO CHECK THEM OUT. I'll probably work out threat profiles next.

SECONDARY ANNOUNCEMENT: NB;NC now supports power armor as equipment. It's the exoskeleton kind from Edge of Tomorrow rather than the ultracool kind from All You Have is Kill, but you do get some armor out of it.

Powered Armor
Protection: 4
Strength Bonus: +2 Something from the top secret labs. A lot of armor plates bolted onto an exoskeleton, this armor is mechanically powered. Initiative Penalty: -1

The heat came on, and even though nothing has been proven the brass have decided to put their pocket antisocial personality in a posting where she's among her own kind.
The Detroit PD and the Ghoul Suppression Department are actually different organizations, answering to different chains of commands, the DoGS as a whole (not just the Detroit branch) is national level agency, which then answers to the United States Department of homeland security, whereas the the Detroit PD is a State level agency, and not a federal level department, which answers to the state government, which then answers to the US government. Which means technically none of you are police officers (though you are law agents), and only have jurisdiction over Ghouls, which means no humans, even if they are suspected of being connected with ghoul activities. You can get the Detroit PD to help you most of the time, but they might require you to provide support on other operations in exchange and I have intentionally written the system this way to facilitate story through trade of resources and effort between the DoGS and the Detroit PD.

But what it all boils down to is you can't actually transfer from the Police to Department of Ghoul Suppression. You can get kicked out and picked up by the DoGS, though. It's a common thing the DoGS does, and it's another source of tension between them and the police.

Also, rearrange your stats to have Strength 4 or take Contacts at Excellent+ and requisition Power Armor and have this.

The Chaldean Mafia is actually my favorite faction to include in the rulebook and I'm absolutely delighted to see someone use it. (My second favorite is probably the strange BBS nerds. Faygo Juggalos was Cat's thing).

Writeup coming for what the DoGS knows about the Chaldean Mafia's top level leadership structure soonish. Most of it stems from an incident in 2003, where four Level Zero Suppression teams were practically wiped out when the Chaldeans decided throw two SSS ranked Ghouls at them.

Name: Jennifer "the Red" Smith

Appearance

Mask

Age: 10 and a half

History: Jenny was found wandering the streets alone, no parents or family to speak of. Surviving on the streets had devolved the young child to a feral state, living off scraps and the charity of the other denizens of the quarter. It was only due to the efforts of the program to utilise Ghouls willing to work for food and shelter which aided her subsequent survival and enrollment onto the program. She sticks to this, she gets to go to attend classes within a controlled environment and at least believe she's living a normal life.

Personality: Easily excitable, interest flickering from one thing to another. Desperate to "fit in" despite the fact she's a ghoul. Generally the typical 10 year old girl with a hunger for humans, complete with the Disney obsession.

However, she has a habit of becoming almost violently attached to certain objects she views as "hers", becoming almost feral if her ownership is threatened.

Goals/Priorities:
Go to school, do good at my job and become a princess.
Effectively, Jenny wants to be a real human girl and to stop living with the threat of being either banished to a slum or being killed hanging over her head.

Jenny's Kagune have a spiky almost armored appearance, its bristles overlapping as they twitch and react to her commands, adding power to her blows and aiding her manipulation of objects to a certain degree. They do however appear to take a lot of maintenance, activating very little RC cells in comparison to Kagune of this type, possibly using them instead to maintain itself.

Okay..

Name: Magnum 'Mags' Mackenzie
Appearance: A short fellow with a preference for baggy clothing. He has hair so dark it looks blue. Most of the discoloration from injuries he has is around his center of mass and arms. He dresses sharply underneath his ridiculous lab coat, and he wears contacts to pull of that 'unnatural' glow his eyes have to them. He uses makeup to cover up blemishes on his face and the bags under his eyes.
Age: Twenty Seven
History: Magnum Mackenzie. Born to into an lower middle class mixed family in Chicago, Magnum had several opportunities to learn about the ghoulish elements of the world. One or both of his parents worked with the Chicago Outfit, and thought it would be a great idea to double cross them try and go clean. Not the sharpest tools in the shed, them. Magnum escaped in the night with his baby brother Mickey as his parents were devoured in the living room, and got his family to shuffle them out damned quick to another city to stay with people who weren't knee deep in the underworld. Which happened to be Detroit.
He and his brother moved in with his aunts and their daughter Megan, who ran a tourist trap by the Waterfront, sticking as close to criminal as they could get while still being legal. After the murder of his parents, and plagued with the knowledge that the only thing that saved Mickey from death was himself, Magnum dedicated his life to protecting Mickey, and later on, Megan his aunts to. He smacked through grade levels with a devils drive, always trying to find a new opportunity to improve his lot so that he didn't get eaten alive like his parents. His efforts were futile.
When a ghoul girl told you help her with her homework, hehe, YOU FUCKING DID IT. Despite his efforts, he was dragged into the personal life of this ghoul girl. At age sixteen, while other guys were impressing chicks with cars there parents bought from them, Magnum went to restaurants that made show of cooking up his genepool. As months progressed, the idiotic goth began to grow on him, much like a tapeworm grows in a fat mans intestines as it caused his slow and painful death.
She did not take over his life, though she did worm her way into. Still, even with such an interesting predicament, he spent most of his free time working on a personal pet project to get equalized with the ghouls...
He would admit it to himself. He wanted to kill. He wanted to cut through ghoulkind to make himself feel better about what happened to his parents. He wanted to see them experience the horror he felt when his baby brother cried in the presence of demons...
That what was what he was working for. Even with the thought of her uncomfortably flitting inside his conscious, he would continue his efforts. To bring about death...
He worked, and he worked, and dealed, and fought, until his design was complete. A new kind of chemical weapon to make ghouls melt...he just needed resources. He just needed more.
He filed a patent on his design, and tried to acquire funding for his project....but it wasn't enough. They weren't going to give him enough! Everyday more denials were sent to his mailbox, the more and more he began to become unstable. Reckless. Uninhibited...he could have gotten better. Been able to avoid mental collapse...
Than...than...than it happened again. This time, they weren't ghouls. His aunts were at Mickey's baseball game. He was the only one there they could tie up, and force to watch as they slowly...ate her...piece...by...piece. Than they made him...they made him...

Amaja was the one that saved him. Came by to unload a science project on his shoulders, and tore them apart. It didn't bother him any to see her butcher other people...and suddenly, his hatred grew, and he began to despise the world entire. He would always be different from that day. He began to stop caring about things so much anymore, and grew a lot less hopeful. Now, reflecting on it, the ghoul really took advantage of him. He became trapped in a relationship he never wanted. He had thought she was different. Saner. Sweeter. Maybe she was, but than again, you didn't have to do much to be better than a ghoul.
The years passed by in a blur of bad dreams and pain filled days. Funding kept on getting refused. His grades, once peerless, dropped, as he spiraled deeper and deeper into a bad place.
Until he hit rock bottom, broke. Something within him was just...gone. He once wanted to help people. To make the world a better place. Be a hero for all to look up to, and take comfort in. So they didn't have to be scared anymore. Reality didn't work like that though, did it?
So he let go. He stole. He created drugs for the Black Mafia. More and more money came into his hands than ever before as he single handedly worsened the lives of thousands of people. He created even worse poison. Concoctions so foul it would melt the insides of even a ghoul. An idea once meant for the DoGS, now used to the benefit of the Black Mafia Family. He had to thank his proxy. Now he could kill ghouls indirectly! It made him happy...
Jesse, Amaja's spawn, just made him confused. Ghouls and humans couldn't reproduce...could they? He didn't know anymore...
When he was child, he wanted to join the DoGS. When a fucking mercenary roughed him up a bit...he decided he would. As long as he could take out his pain and hatred on someone without becoming a serial killer...well, a direct one, anyway...
Maybe if he thinned the herd a bit, Amaja would stop having to defend Jesse from getting eaten every twenty seconds. It would force him to stop medicating himself to...

Personality: Magnum is an anxiety prone dreamer oft to biting off more than he can chew. He holds grudges like no one's business, and is a deeply resentful and spiteful person. He loves solving mysteries and playing hero, and often tries to do everything at once, with moderate success. Magnum is emotionally dependent on his little brother Mickey and his aunts. He's flighty, and extremely unstable when not with one of his emotional supports
When he's not nervous or wired, though, he's almost a completely different person. He's sleepy, flirtatious, snarky, and quite laidback when he takes breaks. He's cheerful, but has an awfully dour perspective on most things. When the situation calls for it, he's willing to do some slimy things...

I know I said it's pretty FATE, but it's not like 100 percent FATE. We're not using Aspects, the Moxie system is simultaneously a lot less structured and more fluid, which I compensate for somewhat by adding more structural mechanics in other places.

If you're talking about the themes, those are more of a character direction for your story. You're advised to define them based on what sort of messy story you want to tell, or themes you think your character embodies: Pridefulness, Lack of Control, Destroying Yourself through Violence, Sacrifice, the Stains of Murder, etc, etc. It's somewhat advised you collaborate with your partner to mesh your themes together to form a dynamic, either building each other's up or clashing.

To take an example from a pair of accepted character sheets (though they were sort of grandfathered in), @Cat and @Lilithium's partnership relationship is one of Conflict, when their themes clash against each other. Cat plays an insane monster, Lilithium plays an idealistic young investigator filled with altruism. Together, they form the major Conflict of idealism vs the cruelty of the world, and pose the question "can all monsters be redeemed?".

On the other hand, Kensai's and Shinaobi's sheets which look really nice, have an Enabling relationship, where their themes build off each others. A manipulator and a weapon looking for direction. Possible questions posed by their partnership could include "the autonomy of your own decisions," or "give a angry man a weapon" or "use a tool until it breaks" or anything along those lines.
He donned the armor himself, and became the Wasp, a vigilante urban legend who operated against the criminal element whenever they got uppity and revealed themselves in broad daylight. He has defeated many cunning foes, like 'The Tentacle Wizard', 'The Fly Boy', 'The Blue Bull', and 'The Genocide Ghoul' to keep the city safe! He kept his identity a secret to avoid the no doubt terrible retribution that would be inflicted upon him if he was ever known.
um

i don't know how to tell you this man

but like tokyo ghoul is not a superhero setting and it's nowhere near 80s enough to support this sort of optimistic tone

it's kind more about a dark psychological descent through cannibalism and the inability of people to understand each other as people and the nature of revenge begetting revenge

You're going to want to rewrite this one, it doesn't really fit the tone of Tokyo Ghoul at all.

Tokyo Ghoul is dark, but it's dark as a point to tell a story. You've kind of gone, how to say this, over the top at some points? A lot of meaning behind shitty people doing shitty things in TG is about motivations and misunderstandings and revenge. Amon thinks that ghouls are all people eating monsters and thus abides Mado's treatment of them, which is why Kaneki's attempt as Eyepatch to reach out along species lines shakes him so much. What sort of ghoul does not kill. Likewise, Mado hates ghouls because of his wife's death at the hands of Owl- but even then, at the same time he is a kind and helpful man to all humans, because it's only ghouls he directs his hatred towards. (And also at the same time he's clearly not meant to be a sympathetic character)

If you write your character as a revenge story, you should incorporate these aspects. For instance, if we take this here.
It's somewhat cruel as an excess without meaning. "Worsening people's lives," even his own internal monologue perpetuates cruelty for the sake of cruelty. If your character hates ghouls, they should hate them backed by a hard motivation, such as 'Ghouls will kill people, thus I will protect them by exterminating them', or 'I will ensure nobody suffers what I had to go through through killing ghouls'. (Thus begetting revenge in turn with revenge. Alternatively, you could work that into a theme of delusional idealism or whatever.)

Simply put, we want a little bit of 'edge', but ideally, we'd want to stay away from 'edge' for no reason that does not promote character depth or exploration of TG's main themes.

As an aside, you should consider using a bit more paragraph spacing and reducing the number of ellipses. A few to show punctuation is alright, eight within what, three-four sentences is a bit excessive.

Finally, if you want to introduce a one-eyed ghoul, this is somewhat of a big deal, so I'd appreciate it if you pitched it to me first before putting it in your backstory. (Especially one that can't exist if Itori isn't lying to Kaneki in the manga.)

Overall I would recommend you revisit the base themes and rebuild the character from there. Like, just an example of a character concept using the theme of fatherhood: As an investigator you slay a ghoul's father and attempt to raise them on your own, even as they plot revenge against you (since you slew their actual father). Fatherhood is a good theme, but as a character, Magnum only superficially scratches it.

Thanks for the kind words.

One thing I think might be interesting in play is that in our pairing the ghoul is the manipulator, and the human the weapon. That subverts the concept behind DIGGR, and allows us to invert the relationship and potentially generate a lot of tension with higher-ups.

Also while Marty isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer she does have a low cunning that means she's not that easy to fool - her Savvy is actually above average and she has a decent Empathy rating, which in her case isn't so much empathy per se but being sneaky-good at noticing what makes people tick. Naramsin might be able to put one over her most of the time but nobody can be really sure whether she's actually fooled or playing along so that she gets to break shit.

We've basically got a twisted version of the common flirty sexual tension between gender-compatible partners. In our case it runs more to being violently antisocial and outright sociopathic - but hey, this is Tokyo Ghoul we're talking about right? We're basically Tuesday.

The disconcerting thing is i'm not sure who you are referring to. I figured a street kid fits in the theme, but if people dislike the idea i can change it.
I wasn't talking about you because, although your idea also raised an eyebrow, it seemed like it could ultimately work out considering Suzuya. Your character may have made me initially go ???? but like seriously it was not what the fuck worthy man just

I was talking about the sheet that came after you.

My mind was full of fuck.

It's a work in progress. It ought to be updated/streamlined soonish.

Weapon for @Lilithium's character.

"Doctor Hanasy, this is supposed to be nonelethal? There's a footlong spike of hardened quinque-steel on the end of it!"

"Well yes. That's required to punch through the skin."

"Okay, that's required to go through the skin. But with this amount of electricity you'll cook the victim alive. This is hardly nonlethal at all!"

"I don't see why Director Morris. It operates on the same principle as your tasers, and those are classified as nonlethal as well. Just... scaled up."

Range 30 Mercy 2/3 Speed Rating: 1
Parry Value +2 A large Ukaku forged vambrace with a spike attached to it, Mercy is meant to be a nonlethal weapon.... somehow, even with the lethal large foot long spike out of its tip. It fires off the spike, which is attached to a long chain of Quinque steel, and then channels immense amounts of electricity through the chain. It can be used with both shoot and melee (though obviously the chain must be wound back afters shoot), and its user can choose to render a target unconscious rather than killing them, as long as they do not exceed their 0 health level by more than 1 box. Its chain can also be used for a grappling hook or other unorthodox uses. Accuracy: +1
Reload: 1 Damage: +3Q

daisuki jemmu-kun

I will probably try to Indiana Jones with it just once at least. Since it's a grappling hook. Although it's more likely that I'll have to use it on my partner o=o;

After Action Report - Babel III
After Action Report - Babel III

Operation Date:
September 9, 2003
Operation Time: 9:47 PM Operation Start

Operation Goal: Part of Operation Babel [Now discontinued], a series of operation destroy the Chaldean Mafia's support structure by eliminating their lower level leadership 'Ghoul Kings', and disrupting their chain of command.

Result: Pyrrhic success. Primary mission goal of Babel III achieved at large losses. Chaldean Mafia operations deemed severely hampered for the foreseeable future. Operation Babel discontinued due to lack of manpower.

Participants: Level Zero Suppression Teams "Hutter", "Seward", "Holmwood", "Morris", Level One Suppression teams from the Detroit Branch A1-A9, assorted provisional support units (more details on page 7).

Sustained Casualties: Total loss of Team "Morris", removal of teams "Seward" and "Holmwood" from on-call status due to casualties. Consolidation of remaining immediately combat ready Rank One enforcers from the Detroit Branch leaves 4 available suppression teams, and the branch severely understaffed. See attached report for more details.

Summary: Operation proceeded as planned. Cordons were established, perimeter secured, and ghoul suppression teams began to move in, with Level Zero suppression teams on call. The start of the operation went off without a hitch. Suppression teams were able to individually isolate and eliminate high ranked ghoul elements. At approximately 10:03, forward ghoul elements began to withdraw with a fighting retreat, attempting to fortify themselves in their primary warehouse. Pieced together information to seized equipment indicate at this time they began to call for reinforcements from the rest of the Chaldean Mafia.

Ten minutes later, Chaldean reinforcements arrived from the North. First off to notice the arriving ghouls was a picket detachment composed of Sergeant Morrison and Officer Brown. They saw movement and put out an alert, before attempting to link up with the rest of their team. However, they were noticed and cut down. Morrison is survived by a wife and two sons. Brown is survived by her parents and siblings.

Next to see contact were the rest of the picket team (Corporal Kwame, Officer Wyatt, Officer Hammer) in their vehicle, a M1117 variant for civil use. They immediately opened fire on the ghouls with the 40mm and the attached .50. The vehicle was destroyed. All crew were killed.

At this point it became apparently that the Chaldeans had deployed a sizable combat element in response to the operation. All four Level Zero suppression teams were immediately deployed along with teams A6 - A8 along with supporting elements to intercept them. At this point it was revealed that the Chaldeans had deployed two Rank SSS ghouls in tandem to rescue their besieged low level leadership. Later interrogation of Chaldean prisoners reveals that these two were likely the top level leadership of the Chaldean mafia, their hereditary leader regnal name "Gilgamesh", and the underboss/advisor regnal name "Enkidu" (More details below). Heavy combat ensued, and at this point the besieged Chaldean forces attempted to make a breakthrough. In the fighting the Chaldean miniboss attempted to break through to link up with his reinforcements. He was killed during the fighting, and mortal wounds were inflicted on "Gilgamesh". At this point, with their rescue target dead, "Enkidu" cut their losses and ordered a retreat. Due to casualties, the forces involved were unable to pursue and unfortunately were unable to acquire the body of "Gilgamesh".

Conclusion: The operation can be considered a success despite doing severe damage to the Detroit Branch's ability to respond to high ranking ghoul threats. With the loss of the Chaldean's boss, analysts estimate that their operations will be hampered for a good 15-16 years, and the removal of a SSS rank threat from their box of tools is a big relief. This will also constitute a loss of face to the organization. Unfortunately, what data we've recovered suggests that the Chaldean leadership will not collapse, as their hierarchy is severely regimented and able to sustain such leadership losses at a high level. Recommend lowering the threat consideration of the Chaldeans for the next 20 or so years and focusing resources on other major organizations such as the BMF (See Operation Charity) and the Zerillis.

Threat Profiles:
Gilgamesh: SSS-Ranked Ghoul. Now deceased. According to reports, Gilgamesh is not the ghoul's actual name, but an inherited name, passed down through generations of the leadership of the Chaldean Mafia. The role is somehow hereditary in nature with the Enkidu being involved somehow, though the details are vague. The Gilgamesh encountered during this operation was a Ukaku/Rinkaku hybrid, possessing a powerful ranged attack ability capable of hitting multiple targets at once, and a powerful Rinkaku attack which involved fusing all tails together.

Enkidu: SSS-Ranked Ghoul. At large. According to reports, Enkidu is a name much like the Chaldean's Gilgamesh, assigned to the underboss of the family. The selection of the Enkidu is for life, however, also apparently takes place from a young age. Reports indicate that the position is spiritual in nature, though details are not forthcoming. The Enkidu encountered during this operation was a Koukaku/Bikaku hybrid, who was capable of ripping armored vehicles apart with ease, and preferred close range melee combat. He was last seen retreating from the battlefield carrying the mortally wounded Gilgamesh's body.

Can you tell us how ghouls are ranked? Like, what does it take to be B rank, A rank, ect, ect.
