Applying as a pair with @Kensai
Name: Naramsin Ashatnaya
Appearance (Face Claim): Naramsin is an attractive young man, possessed of a svelte frame and dark brown complexion. Mid-length black hair is usually styled loosely to frame gray eyes, and he can nearly always be seen wearing some gold or silver jewelry.
Mask Claim: His black half mask is styled to resemble a lion, its mane extending over his head and just past his neck when worn. It leaves the bottom half of his face fully exposed, and his eyes visible; when his kakugan are active it's difficult to distinguish where the eye begins and the mask ends.
Age: 22
History: What is known about Naramsin implies a concerning lack of information about the membership of the Chaldean Mafia; the Ashatnaya family is by all appearances upper middle class, and analysis of subtly subpoenaed tax returns dated from his formative years reveal no discrepancies indicative of a criminal lifestyle. He can in fact be fairly well documented growing up, having a largely uneventful and unsuspicious childhood up through his high school graduation, where he forwent high school to instead begin a lifestyle that is much more difficult to pin down, not the least because he has made a game of obfuscating and lying about that period of his life. What can be independently verified implies that he lived with a revolving series of well-to-do boyfriends and girlfriends, using their greater wealth to support his own expensive tastes, then moving on when he began to wear his welcome thin. It is believed that at some point during this process he entered the Chaldean Mafia, and rose to a position of street-level responsibility within the group, because otherwise there is no plausible reason for him to have the knowledge of its operating procedures and leadership that he used both to buy his placement in the DIGGR program (this perhaps being the most immediately notable and concerning fact about him: instead of being captured and offered a second chance, Naramsin approached the department independently, and traded information on two wanted Mafia capos in exchange for his current position).
Personality: He is superficially charming, and easy to engage in conversation about a meandering range of topics. Although he is not especially knowledgeable Naramsin can supplant that deficiency with his most troubling character trait easily: duplicity. He is a skilled and accomplished liar, and seems to take pride in his ability to deceive anyone about almost anything, most particularly himself. This does not seem to rise to the level of an involuntary compulsion, as he has demonstrated repeatedly that he is entirely capable of exercising self-control.
It is commonly assumed that he just enjoys fucking with people.
Goals/Priorities: It's most commonly assumed (and in fact is the working assumption) that his ulterior motive (because there must certainly be an ulterior motive) for joining DIGGR is to use the organization and its resources to prosecute some sort of personal vendetta, most plausibly against the Chaldean Mafia. A persistent fringe theory is that he instead aims to subvert DIGGR, either to tear it apart or to engineer some sort of rebellion or mass breakout.
His priorities appear simple enough: nice clothes, nice jewelry, and nice living. It's recommended to overseers dealing with him that they instead utilize the extension or revocation of privilege to control his behavior, as he appears to otherwise resent being coerced.

Naramsin's kagune is unimpressive in appearance, resembling a scaled-up, bulbous raccon's tail. It is long enough that he can swing it in front of him without having to turn physically, but has little else to recommend it, aside from the fact that extruding it spikes his RC cell count extremely; there's some argument among the support staff to append a + class to his threat rating to signify that he poses an unusual sort of danger.
