In ww1 Britain did that literally thier blockade if Germany was illegal so they passed a law to make it legal.
Also the second war breaks out we need to target are enemy's supply lines whether that be destroy8ng the ships or impoundment any in are territory. (Which tying in with my historical references br8t8an did this to german cargo and passenger liners before the germans even started to do submarine warfare.
But in essence to win this war we will need a good propaganda department. Along with destroy8ng are enemy's supply lines as they can outproduce us with the core worlds. One suggestion for that is to build a ship that relies on ion weapons such as ion cannons and ion missiles and perhaps even a mini version of what's on the malevolence and then use that to capture republic supply ships so we can take the supply and the ship to either use or scrap.
Also for Jedi scatter guns are a good option basically star wars shotguns

That we have to leave to the colicoids, I doubt they would be be happy with anyone toying with with their products, but w ecna probably commission them to create a variant for jedi hunting or straight up make the Mk2.

My good man, you miss a crucial detail. We don't know Palpetine is Sidius. It's a completely valid tactic in war to assassinate an enemy leader, or leaders. If we attack Coruscant without Dooku or Grievous on hand, we can have good sized droid operated ship full of explosives crash into the Senate building and detonate. Boom, republic leadership gone, but oh no! Sidius can't be reached. Well I guess Dooku is in charge, unless general Grievous feels he should be instead? Well we'll let you two sort that out between your selves while we flee a homicidal Skywalker. Jeeze, who killed his none existent spouse?

We could also probably give a crapload of sonic weapons to special detachments of b1s, 2s and Xs. Not to everyone because well blasters are more common for a reason but volume of fire is useful in certain situations.

Which isn't really an immediate problem.
Because Sidius is keeping his distance to avoid discovery now that the CIS is in open warfare, and can be delt with longterm by assassinating Palpatine for in quest reasons of him being the leader of the republic, meaning Sidius being our ruler never becomes an issue.

Yeah. The really big thing is the shipyards. All those clones? Most of them are stuck on Kamino because there is a limited number of naval ships. If we can get a good diversion going somewhere else and reach Kaut to cripple there warship production that's one fifth of the war won.
Another keystone of the Republics military is Kamino itself. With their primary cloning facility gone and no large scale infrastructure in place for a droid army or replacement clone production the Republic would be forced to build a conventional force. Which both takes time and will bring the war home for a whole lot of people. Lets see how the Republic likes it when the causality reports aren't clones but people they know.

I really like the phantom menace start, if only because our cause isn't tainted by the bucket list of war crimes the CIS accumulated over 3 short years.

Three years is clone wars to revenge of the sith. Any start other than revenge of the sith, no notable war crimes have been engaged in yet.

I personally perfer Phantom Menace as a starting point as it allows us to devolp the CIS miltary, goverment, economy, and industry as we like it. For example, we can have B1's have different variants and AI/operating chips to serve in various functions. Bridge crew B1's would have robust knowledge and understanding on how to corridante a ship and large scale space battle, shock trooper B1's knowing how to shoot, take cover, and when to go in, etc, etc. The greatest issue with B1's in OST is that their systems were overload beyond what their processors and memory are able to handle, resulting in it being trimmed down in many places. Due to separatist trying to make a unit able to handle every roll a sentient can do in miltary when they lacked the hardware to do so, they were lacking in many areas and riddled with bugs. Another area that I would change is complete scraping of centeral droid brains. Its best to do indivaul proccessing and centeral control units in tandem, specialist, command units, and elite units have independent operating systems thst is supplimented by the centeral control system, with lesser units being controlled and operated by centeral control unit. If the main control unit is down, these lesser units would instead differ too independent units for commands, and operating off of their hardware. The centeral control system eould augment the capabilities the droids its connected too, be it corridination, proccessing strain, and many other things.
