To anyone wondering why Robin is not staying with his mother the reason is manifold.

1) The Lords Declarant have more power than her, essentially Lysa has power but only as much as the Lords give her, currently they allow her a lot of it but they made it clear that after the age of 6 he would go to one of their houses to be raised. She does not have the political strength to dissuade them from this.

2) Lysa's court at the Gates of the Moon is highly limited whereas the Lords in that list all hold larger courts or are closer to the other lords and thus more conveniant for Robin's mingling with his vassals and making connections with them.

3) The Houses on that list all can call on 1,000 knights and sergeants at arms with ease and thus are very powerful and there is a need to ensure their friendship is secured.

Oh it does taste good! It's got a great burn to the taste and the cheese is top notch at quelling the chilli when it builds up too much.

Edit. Also I understand people are probably wondering as to when William Marshal will appear. It's coming ;)
