I wanted to get another House Flat this turn since we have a caster and having basses with a workshop for a caster is just a good idea but since the IP needed for the power armor is ??? I decided it's best to be cautious and wait for next turn before we go spending anymore IP. I also figured it would be best to stay in Japan so that we can have Caster boost up our House Flat defense and so we can better get to know Caster with out being as careful as we would have to at the Clock Tower.
I'm hoping that we will finish the armor, get to know Caster and get a bunch of spare IP this turn. That way when next turn comes about we will have IP to spare for a base or 2 with workshops and a better idea of the types of magical items Caster can make or at least help us make. I'm sure with an EX rank in witchcraft she can make some pretty bullshit weapons and defensive tools.
Basically this turn is more of a prep turn for next.

Depends on how well known the legend in the nation is I believe.
Vlad in his nation had a Fame Bonus of at least 2 rank ups I think. My memories crap when trying to remember his non-fame stats compared to his fame stats. His stats outside his country are crap I think, but in the nation he ruled he became a top tier Servant.
Semiramis in her Garden gains a worldwide fame bonus, though not sure if it just increases the effects of her spells or gives her bonus to her stats, I think it was hinted that she gained The Universal Language as a personal skill in her Garden, but don't quote me on that as I'm unsure.

Looking at it, the boost is based on how famous the spirit is... And I really don't know how famous she is.
Then again I had also forgotten do some editing for your better circuits merit, so when I get off work I will probably do some edits to her. After that I will post her on the master thread.

In Japan If you ask the common person they will have at least a vague idea of who Tamamo no Mae is. They teach a bit about her in history classes at schools over there. So even if they don't know about her legend in detail the common person is going to know of her at least 9 times out of 10.

Sorry for how long it is to make the update, I've been busy and it's been a while since I've played fate/extra or seen anything that caster is in. So I'm having to remember how I should write her.
She's... let's say devoted to her master... Actually she is fanatically in love with her master, even gender is of no issue she has a fix for that too.
