4 successes out of 8 rolls...
Kinda weird that the DC for finding a swordsmanship class is so high, but I don't live in Britain, so I don't know how common they are.
For all I know, they could be as rare as a virgin 12 year old these days.

I'd imagine that finding something that isn't fencing is pretty hard.

Finding a class, but its closed.
You sat in the light of the moon as it shined through your window, lighting up your face as you stared up at the stars. As you sat there in your bed, twirling your pocket knife with one hand, you thought over the things that you had learned over this last weak. You were glad that you thought to try and find a place that could give you classes on swordsmanship, as you had learned of the Historical European Martial Arts. Great thing was that there was a place that taught HEMA nearby. Griping your knife, you glared at the stars as you remembered the one thing that you learned that upset you. The place only held two different timed classes, one was during the school year and the other during the summer break, which meant that they had classes all year round. The problem was that the classes for this summer had already ended, and with you going to Hogwarts you would have no way of doing the classes that are over the school year.

Loosening your grip on your knife, you let out a sigh. At the very least you would be able to work on signing up for the summer classes, though that would mean you would somehow have to convince your parents to sign you up while you were at Hogwarts. Which meant you would have to stay in the same room as them and talk with them without losing your temper and scaring the hell out of them. That would probably be the most difficult part, though you think that it would be the best way to get better in the end. You needed someone to train with, and HEMA was your best bet at getting someone who can keep up with you.

Hoping off of your bed you looked at your knight themed calender, it was currently the 12 of August. There was only three more weeks before you would be going to the Hogwarts Express, where you would start to learn magic. Well, other then the spells you learned under Professor Snape. Which reminded you, he said that he would be coming by for your last practice session on the 24th, which is twelve days away. To think that he had been dropping by a Saturday every month for nearly a year now, letting you practice magic under his supervision. You would need to plan around that when that came up, but for know you had this week to plan out.

What will you do for the rest of the week?

[X] If you have any books about magic that you haven't read yet, do it now.
-[X] If you don't have such books, train your physical capabilities, focusing primarily on improving your speed and dexterity. Perhaps through parkour?

Well, we got a 6 in melee now, so that happened.

Things we could raise that would be useful... Look up Social How-to books, low/entry/highschool level physics/chemistry (for SCIENCE!), or maybe some magical law knowledge?

Maybe we can physically train and then study while recovering from training. I just don't know what is a reasonable length of time for physical training.

Might be a good idea, but I'd like it if we could get our Dexterity to E-rank(regardless of the minuses).
That way, all of our physical abilities will be of that rank.

But Attributes take... well, Abilities are usually measured in weeks, like our Melee. Attributes are usually measured in months to rank up.

Then the earlier we start, the sooner we'll finish.
On a more serious note, as the reincarnation of Mordred, we should get our basics first. I don't think we should just abandon socializing and go straight for warfare, because we've seen how that has turned out for both her and Arturia, but if the plot remains anything like canon, she'll be doing a lot of running for her life. I believe getting our physical stats to a passable level(E-rank, though I'll tolerate the minuses) is crucial. It would help with practically anything we do(dodging spells, running away from threats, chasing things, wand movements, etc.).

Once we get to Hogwarts, we won't be able to train our physical capabilities quite as much. Not without people noticing our possibly unnatural capabilities in that field. We will be doing a lot of studying(it's a school, after all) and socializing(because what else can we do? Run in corridors at night and get detention all the time?).

[X] Not so stealthy leave a flyer about the HEMA summer classes lying on the table and mentally prepare yourself for a talk with your parents. Keep up your exercise/reading schedule. Maybe start writing down your dreams?

I'm not sure if our parents really are neglectful or simply don't know how to deal with their daughter being the reincarnation of the third of the three dishonored men of Britain. In lieu of that, I decided on the reluctant conversation opener. It'll give Hermiodred and the parents some time to prepare themselves and hopefully prevent anything happening when they do speak.

Keeping up our training shouldn't need any explaining.

The writing stuff down will hopefully get us a way to vent some of our feelings. We don't really have anyone to talk to because of our lack of friends and our situation with our parents, nevermind the fact that Hermiodred isn't the kind of person who will just talk about her feelings, so this will probably be the next best thing.

Melee - 6 - Your well trained for your age in how to use a Waster, and a sword has always felt right in place in your hands.

Anyone else notice this? A skill that is above the current cap of 5?

No, that was increased above the Max at the beginning due to Forboding Feeling Merit you guys chose. As it was mentioned during the voting, Foreboding feelings is literally the Instinct skill from the Nasuverse, and so due to how Hermione's soul functions she ended up getting a sort of shadow of the Instinct skill, which came out as a +1 to Melee and Brawl.

Not much in the way of votes this update. Are you all as tired as the Pre-Hogwarts stuff as I am?

[X] Physical activity: running, sword practice, anything other than staying still.
-[X] When you get tired, read anger management books and practice meditation and whatever other advice they may have. You need to convince your parents to register you for the HEMA classes and you have to keep your temper while doing so.

I think the reason for that is (partly) because there isn't a whole lot to do right now. There aren't any real plotpoints barring the HEMA thing, we don't have any friends/family members we can hang out with like Rowan and Harriel and starting new stuff isn't really going to work since we're going to Hogwards soon. So the only thing we can do is train, which on its own can get boring pretty fast.
