Do i know about the complication in any way, or how did this exchange go down? Is it something like "give us a favor down the line and i can get you a discount", or something else?

Where'd you find the Stealthskin Lone? Because that looks interesting, and I just can't find it... Probably the equivalent of 'under my nose', but knowing that doesn't help...

Alright, here's the list of downtime activities:

1st week:
4 point Contact Cybernetic Store Worker
Purchase Gemini Stealthskin at discount -2600 (4000 original price) (Only takes 1 hour to install)

2nd week:
4 point Contact Bounty Hunter Partner/Informant

3rd week:
Earn Petty Cash (working as a bounty hunter) +500

4th week:
Increase Telepathic Licence from 4 to 5 -500

That brings my total money down to 600 in the end.
I was thinking about buying some Reaver Bodyplates instead of the licence, but that would have brought me down to 100, and i do need that licence.

I might also make my character a Cybernetic enthusiast to justify future expensive purchases.

It's on page 66 in the core book among the Gemini Bioware cybernetics. Usually costs 4000 though, so it's not cheap.

By the way, is it intentional that improving a telepathic skill costs x2 instead of x1 as it says in the core? As well as the Permanent TE Point costing 10 instead of 1?

I also assume Gideon that my Tactical Bow counts as a firearm? So it's less 'No Firearms' and more 'No Ranged Weaponry, other than throwing knives. And those better also be able to be used as a normal knife.'

You can cosplay as someone with a Bow and get a pass, probably. As long as you make it look as if you are carrying a prop.
