Code Geass: Golden Dawn (NO SV, you are in Australia in Code Geass)"

So when we take over Australia... Where are we going to put our capital?

Cause King's Island is not suitable for governing a continent. even with its newfound megacity.

It suddenly occurs to me that I did roll the correct number of dice the first time, but I used the 11 twice. Let me just fix that...

It would be amusing if we put it on the site of modern Melbourne, due to its proximity to Bass Strait and King Island - heck, I'm surprised we were able to fit a mega-city of three million people on King Island, let alone any kind of supporting infrastructure such as agriculture or energy generation (there was some talk in the 2010's about setting up a proof-of-concept tidal power generator offshore). I 've only just found this quest, and when I read through it I was hoping the mega-city would be basically building Melbourne as our mainland holding which would eventually become our national capital when we unite Australia. Having it as the home of the Jewish Diaspora and the Holocaust Memorial would also be a nice shout-out to Melbourne's real-life multicultural heritage - for example Melbourne IRL is home ti the second-largest Greek community in the world.

@Cyberphilosipher One thing I noticed with you using the real-world names for cities in Australia such as Sydney, Perth and Brisbane - you have Sydney and Albany being adjoining nation-states. Albany is actually on the southern coast of Western Australia, and would probably be part of the Kingdom of Perth. I think you mean Albury, which is located on the Murray River which IRL forms the border between New South Wales and Victoria.

No.

Albany is it's own state and it is NOT part of the Kingdom of Perth. We don't really have a map with the borders, but the two are separate, though neighbouring Nations. The Kingdom of Perth has it's southern border very close to it's own capital and then stretches further North. Keep in mind that the Australian States are mostly restricted to the Coastline, with the Interior being largely unclaimed land or belonging to the Natives. Don't assume that the Borders of Territories and the like are the same as IRL.

Now, Albany WAS part of the Kingdom of Perth at one point, but a Communist/Socialist Revolution won independence from it a few decades prior to the Quest and created their own Nation.

I was actually the one who designed the Australian Factions. I put some effort and thought into it, don't worry.

Also, this one is admittedly a little handwaved: Supporting Infrastructure was included in the build-up of the Mega City. Through various means, like the tidal power generators you mentioned.

My issue isn't with Albany's proximity to Perth - in fact if they broke away from a monarchial nation it partially explains why they adopted a communist model of government. In fact considering their breakaway I'm surprised their government isn't more hardline communist - I can only assume the rulers of the Kingdom of Perth, despite taking pride in their Brittanian heritage, are a lot less douchebags than the canon Britannian government (not that that is difficult! ). My issue is that the Union of Albany and the Republic of Sydney are described as being neighbours, to the point that Prologue 1 Rumour Mill mentions a dispute over border regions between the two nations. Considering that the Australian mainland has physical dimensions similar to CONUS (the Contiguous United States), the American equivalent would be two nations ruled from Los Angeles and New York City (both about 4000 km apart) settling a border dispute near Chicago. Nations of that size being considered insignificant to the point of being ignored by the rest of the world is just something I find jarring.

Assuming the entirety of King island is converted to the mega-city that would put a population of about 3 million people on an island of just over 1000 square km, which would put the population density at about 3000 people per square km. While that sounds impressive at first glance that only puts it in the same neighbourhood as Paris and Stuttgart, neither of which are renowned for being especially crowded. The only issue would be depending heavily on imports for food and other necessities.

. Nations of that size being considered insignificant to the point of being ignored by the rest of the world is just something I find jarring.
Its more in regard to their Population density making it rather insignifigent on a world stage.

They also don't have full control of their internal area and most of their population is on the coastlines.

While they claim to rule a considerable territory in the Australian Continent...they can't prove it.

SO they are the laughing stock of the world's nations running around.

Then Reinhard showed up and the tune is beginning to change.

Nations of that size being considered insignificant to the point of being ignored by the rest of the world is just something I find jarring.
What Cyber said. They CLAIM a lot of Territory on Paper, which technically makes Albany neighbors with Sydney. In truth, though, their hold on a lot of these Territories is, um...debatable. In fact, if you looked closer, you would see Native Communities in the gaps between the Population centers in their Territory that would be very confused at being called subjects of either Albany or Sydney.

To say nothing of their lack of real roads.
Yeah. It's important to remember that Great Britain, upon fleeing the Home Isles when Napoleon invaded in the Code Geass Verse, basically abandoned their existing Colonies in Australia to their fate. They got influx from various immigrants fleeing for various reasons, but never quite developed the Population Density or the drive to expand inland as they did in OTL.

Britannia basically having abandoned the Region is also why Tasmania is a Dutch Colony, not a Britannian one.

Britannia basically having abandoned the Region is also why Tasmania is a Dutch Colony, not a Britannian one.

In the snippet about the World Jewish Congress Reinhard remembered that Britannia's call for Jewish assistance to build their economy started in 1806, so that's pretty much a confirmation they had abandoned their colonies by then. That's only 18 years after the First Fleet arrived and founded Sydney, and depending on the source you read the population was between 3000 and 5000 people. With a halt to Britannian immigration at that time, there would have to have some serious immigration from other nations for the Republic of Sydney to expand beyond the borders of modern Sydney. There was mention in another post of the survivor's of Lincoln's Rebels fleeing Britannia in 1865 to Sydney. No hard figures have been mentioned at this point, but the population of the United States at that time IRL was about 31.5 million so the Britannian populations should be about the same, so it's likely that this was the biggest surge of immigration to Australia up to that time.

Port Phillip (what is now Melbourne) started out as a penal colony in 1803 and didn't really start growing until the 1830s, when Tasmanian convicts who had served their time and were now free men headed to the mainland, and Melbourne was the closest port. Except in this universe Brittania pulled out of its colonies at the start of the nineteenth century, and the Dutch Tasmania colony seems to have no policy of ever releasing any of its prisoners regardless of how long they have been imprisoned, so Melbourne would not exist. The big effect that this would have on Australian population is that without the population of Melbourne there would be no exploration into the interior, which in turn means no discovery of gold in the Central Highlands and no gold rush of the 1850s.

What effect does that have?

Well, IRL the gold rush tripled Victoria's population from 77 000 to 237 000 in three years, with sixty percent of all foreign immigration to Australia going to Victoria. Enough gold was extracted from the Highlands and sent back to Great Britain that by the early 1860s it had paid off Great Britain's entire foreign debt. That hasn't happened yet, so that means the gold is still there.

If we can use our Jewish population to establish Melbourne, start mining gold in the Central Highlands and get agriculture going in the Goulburn Valley about 50 klicks north of Melbourne (one of Australia's most productive agricultural regions) that region will be an economic powerhouse.

To say nothing of their lack of real roads. And their infrastructure is terrible.

Well, that ties in with their lack of population - you only need roads if there are enough people using them that the expense of paving and maintaining them is offset by the revenue generated by increased trade and travel. And from your description there is nowhere near enough people to warrant that. In fact the mental image I have for the Republic of Sydney is the main city of Sydney, some expansion along the coast as far north as Newcastle and south to Wollongong, and all the other territory the Republic claim has been given a cursory examination by explorers. That's it.

EU Post War Diaspora: This looks like a Job for ME!

Yeah, this will be the big opportunity to expand the population on the Australian mainland and seriously improve and exploit the country. Most of the post-World War 2 immigration came from Britain (which wouldn't apply in this case with Britannia's non-participation in WW2) but plenty also came from Europe especially the Balkans such as Greece, Yugoslavia, Italy etc. From 1945 to 1960 Australia took in approximately 2 million immigrants which pushed the population to 10 million. With taking in the Jewish diaspora from the Levant, all three million of them, we have already blown past the historical immigration in less than a year, and that's not counting the people still to come from the EU.

That hasn't happened yet, so that means the gold is still there.
You are correct, including all that Coal, Iron and Uranium.

Enough for some nations to literally start a war over just to take it and fuel their economy.
If we can use our Jewish population to establish Melbourne, start mining gold in the Central Highlands and get agriculture going in the Goulburn Valley about 50 klicks north of Melbourne (one of Australia's most productive agricultural regions) that region will be an economic powerhouse.
Its Not Israel...but its a good enough reward for surviving all they did.

But Sydny is gonna want it, and so will we.

Point is, you have the manpower enough to take it.
the other territory the Republic claim has been given a cursory examination by explorers. That's it.
And some Bush Ranger Cowboy Types that are trying to turn certain parts of it into places they don't want to Pay taxes in.

Either Way, no one actually controls anything real.
With taking in the Jewish diaspora from the Levant, all three million of them, we have already blown past the historical immigration in less than a year, and that's not counting the people still to come from the EU.
We haven't even opened official immigration offices, they've just been showing up and joining the nation.

Primarily for land ownership and political freedom.

The Recruitment

King's Island Megacity: Random Café

Alessandro stared idly at the solitaire he'd dealt himself while he waited for his order to arrive. Looking busy tended to keep away unwanted conversation as he considered what he'd experienced since arriving on King's Island. Knowing that it had once been a backwater worse than the town he'd grown up in was surreal. This particular building hadn't been a Café the last he'd checked, but now it looked like it had always been.

How long had the Kaiser even been here? That was another thing, earlier he had been thinking of Reinhard as a 'boy king,' but now he couldn't help but consider the Young Man as such. Knowing what he had been through, getting some greater idea of what Italy's ally had been up to in the war...

Alessandro felt it was obvious that the Nazi's had suffering in store for their chosen targets, unlike some members of his unit who had assumed Adolf would have simply exiled his targets into disgrace and squalor.

The truth was worse, like it always was. He had to force the memories of what he'd read in the Memorial out of his head, or else he might ruin his apatite. He sipped at the glass of Rosé he had ordered, hoping to dull the emotional ache at having been made to fight alongside some of those... Disgusting Souls. It wasn't up to his usual standards, but that was acceptable considering the circumstances.

Alessandro moved a ten and its accompanying cards onto a jack. The game was much like life, he thought. Everything one needed to succeed was already on the board, but most of it is hidden behind one thing or another. Countless obstacles would lay between oneself and one's goals, and the method one takes to overcome them seemed to make all the difference.

Alessandro had to consider his next move more carefully, or he'd end up dead. Or worse, trapped in Tanzania with some real lunatics. Cousin Amy had told him that the Don wasn't planning on expanding to this region any time soon, leaving him heavily reliant on what he'd learned from working with the family. He'd have to do some personal work to sort out his first target, his budget would have almost no wiggle room for impulse purchases this time next month if he-

"You'd be a harder man to find if you actually bothered to disguise yourself." An unfamiliar voice sent him all but scrambling for the berretta that... Wasn't in his usual holster because he hadn't been expecting to get it past EU customs. "Decent reflexes," the woman who had sat next to him while he was distracted in his thoughts commented. "I can see why you lasted so long without official Mafia support, Mr. Queens and Sevens."

'Stupid, stupid, clumsy, idiot it's just like the alarm all over again,' Alessandro mentally lambasted himself as she referred to the calling card he had inadvertently left while scouting out his first heist, a simple two pair of playing cards he had misplaced while spying on guard shifts and patrol routes. Cousin Amy had been right when she insisted that sticking with the idea and leaving some cards at the locations he intended to rob would backfire on his someday. He just hadn't expected it to be so spectacularly. And how was he supposed to figure out his target would install an extra alarm in his mansion the very next day after his calling cards had been discovered?

Alessandro took in the redhead who had disrupted his rumination. On second glance he realized how the woman had been able to escape his notice. "Waitress uniform. Well played," He glowered as he gathered up his cards, it had been looking like a dead end anyways. "To what do I owe the pleasure of your obvious skill and no doubt valuable time?"

"Aside from the fact that it took me personal effort to confirm that you are who I thought you are?" The woman doesn't even look up as his actual waitress delivered his order, and one as well for her. "Herr Kaiser is in need of competent people to work in the shadows for him, and you fit the bill more than the usual refugee."

'Damn,' Alessandro thought, 'I'm in deeper trouble than I thought.' He put on a cheeky grin, hoping to deflect her accusations, "What, me? A conscript of Mussolini's army? One who barely made it through basic and practically deserted at that?"

"I saw the look in your eyes when I mentioned your cards Mr. Romano," the spymaster- Spymistress?- Spymastress?- interrupted his desperate denial, "Admit it or not, you take pride in what you do to corrupt individuals. For all that you're a Mafioso in all but name, you very much enjoy hurting those you consider in the wrong. Which is why it must hurt not knowing who to target, or even who is acceptable to target according to your personal rules, now that you've been forced away from your usual hunting grounds." He seemed corned and short on ammo once again, except this time there wasn't an international elderly man of mystery in the neighborhood willing to pull his ass out of the fire.

Aless had to play his last card in this regard, "Even if I was some kind of master thief, what's stopping me from refusing this 'offer?' Or even just pulling a cut and run as soon as Kaiser Reinhard has bigger problems than keeping me in line?" If nothing else, maybe he could flee to Britannia? There would certainly be no shortage of scumbags to ruin financially there. He'd just have to deal with the immense disrespect, racism, high chance of his wealth being repossessed, and inability to truly hide in plain sight as he'd always be under scrutiny for being non Britannian- Oh right that's why he didn't cross the Atlantic.

The middle east and china were just as bad of destinations to consider. Everyone now knew just how much the Islamic peoples hated those non-Islamic individuals who tried to take up residence in their territory. And Alessandro wasn't going to become a Eunuch just to avoid having his cash and luxury spread out to the masses. Sorry folks, but he liked himself his creature comforts. His expensive food, clothes, and residence were hard earned luxuries that he very much did not want to part with.

"For one thing, we both know that you can't operate in your preferred manner while under legal scrutiny. It's why your Mafia contacts convinced you to flee in this direction. And if your relatives to decide to expand the family business to this continent, My boss will probably want a cut of the profits." If the rumors of him running his own counterfeiting ring were true, Alessandro could even see the Don sending some of his more skilled cousins, nephews, and nieces to manage the operation. "Finally," the woman had a fierce grin, "There are Nazi Holdouts on the mainland. Can you really resist the urge to have support while you rob the Thousand Year Delusion blind? Or will you fade away into an obscure memory, your best days behind you, always dreaming of the victories you've left far behind? Never able to again reach the same heights of cunning and skill."

He was well and truly trapped. And he didn't want a way out. "Alessandro Romano, Master Thief." He introduced himself as he extended his hand towards her, meal long forgotten. "I'd safely say you had me at robbing Nazi's." He hadn't felt this alive since seeing the guards storming that senator's vault armed with military grade gear.

"Natasha Romanov," She demurred as she shook my hand, "Welcome to Herr Kaiser's Intelligence Service."

Turn 1 Rumor Mill
Turn 1 Rumor Mill

The EU: 85 + 10 (Holocaust-Memorial Success) = 95! Crit-Reroll: 48

Helmut Schmidt looked at Von Treskow and then at the rest of his friends before looking at the gathering of diplomats.

"They approved the military aid package and the deployment of volunteer units."

A collective sigh of relief swept through the Room.

Tresckow smiled. "Well done, Helmut."

"That's not all. The Counter Espionage Operations in North and West Africa have been a success beyond our wildest projections not only that but France's Françafrique System has born fruit beyond out wildest expectation. We shan't be fearing them falling into the Britannian Sphere of Influence", he said.

Tresckow nodded. "Yes. Most peculiar...but it's only bad options for them, Britannia or the French. Can't let them run around, they'll get stomped one or the other."

Schmidt sighed. "Its a necessary evil, Henning. I don't like it much either. But we need it."

Tresckow looked at Erhardt. "And what of your latest Reforms, Ludwig?"

Erhardt threw down a small paper and then Tresckow looked at it as he seemed smug.

"I won", he said simply.

"Oh...are you going to explain?" Henning asked.

"No...going into detail would ruin the sheer number of things I've been able to do. In fact the Euro Projects are even working. So I can say the work has been made, hence...I won", Erhardt said.

"Meaning?", Tresckow asked.

"Meaning I've fixed inflation...for the next decade or so."

The last of their little Gang, Kurt Georg Kiesinger, cleared his throat. "Internal Matters are also stabilizing. Protests have died down in the wake of our Reforms and in fact, a wave of mutual Cooperation and Understanding seems to sweep over Europe. The Memorial that the Young Reinhard raised on Sealand had certainly a part in all that. The Extreme Right has nosedived in popularity and the usual suspects are either being pushed out of Politics or keep quiet to not lose their remaining influence."

Ahh all was right in the world...for now.

"Operations against Britannian Influencers and middlemen in the Middle East and Africa are quietly gaining headway...but that's easy when we tell them what they did to South Africa, So...I only needed a good photographer", kiesinger concluded.

Helmut nodded. Excellent news!

"And what about...him?", asked von Tresckow with audible disdain.

A wolfish grin came to Kiesinger's lips. "The honorable Goldenbaum saw fit to, after the latest...incident in the Reichstag...retire from politics for now and humbly accept the position of a Teacher at the Danzig Naval Academy."

Erhard laughed. "He's just going to wait for it all to blow over before trying again. Being stubborn like this hasn't put a dent in his popularity with a lot of People...but it has bought us time to rally ourselves for the long term."

"And time is exactly what we need, Gentlemen. We made a good start, but we cannot let our Guard down. If we want to ensure that the rise of a new Reich cannot happen,w e need to keep this up." Helmut smiled. "But thankfully...I think we have the Tools for that Job."

Reward:

The EU's Internal issues have at the current moment been resolved.

The EU Economic Boom has begun in earnest.

Plans are in place for greater schemes and operations.

EU-Political Crisis has been averted...for now.

Yugoslavia: 93

Leaning back in his office chair, Josip Broz Tito smiled at the cheering and singing of the crowd outside the building after he had finished giving his Inauguration Speech.

He had done it. He had actually gone and bloody done it. And his People were celebrating his Success.

There was still much left to do, he knew that. And he would tackle it all in time. But now, pouring himself a glass of fine wine, he grinned in elation and joy, joining the People in celebration.

And as he emptied the glass in one go, only one thought flashed through his mind.

Suck it, Hitler and Stalin!!

Reward:

Tito, after having ruled his Country for the last five years as the Leader of a Communist Military Junta/Transitional Government to stabilize it, has abdicated his Dictatorial Powers and opened up Elections for Yugoslavia, running as the Candidate of the Communist Party for the Office of Yugoslavian Prime Minister, following EU-Laws.

He won. Without cheating or rigging anything. It wasn't even a Contest.

No matter all the ethnic, religious and nationalistic Tensions, it seems People of Yugoslavia all agree on one thing, which they proudly proclaim: "We are with Marshal Tito, our Heroic Son".

Goldenbaum: 14

Rudolf von Goldenbaum has been somewhat discredited in the eyes of many of the EU's great political establishments...

And had taken his grumblings to the Navel College of Danzig to Stew in his feelings of impotence.

Reward: For now Goldenbaum is pushed away from the Political spotlight and grumbles at his Teaching post. But he will NOT take this lying down...

Reichsstaat Ostaustralien: 93

Martin Bormann fought hard to keep his face calm and even. When he had received a private Zoom Call on his personal Account, using a High-Security Frequency of the Third Reich that the Allies had not managed to decipher even after the War, he had not been sure what to expect.

But it definitely hadn't been this. Silence reigned for a few seconds.

"...Rudolf", Bormann finally said, keeping his voice neutral. "I thought you were dead."

"Be quiet Fat Man. The fact I am even making this call is a moment of acknowledgment that you are necessary for my plans. And you still have use to me", Goldenbaum replied firmly.

"You speak as is you have more power then me!" Bormann's voice was still neutral, but now also layered with anger. "You have nothing to offer beyond-"

"What did I say about being SILENT!!" Goldenbaum said with a raised voice, nearly making Bormann take a step back. Despite being surrounded by light and forstalled by the distance of being on another continent, he was still the most dominant man in the room.

Bormann fell silent, suppressing his anger. He knew how precarious his situation was and, much as he hated to admit it, he could use any help he could get right now. Better to hear this Coward, who had preferred to bow before the Judeo-Bolsheviks and Capitalist Scum then flee to fight on elsewhere, out then to reject him outright.

The thought that he fell silent out of fear and intimidation was quickly chased from Bormann's mind. He was the Fuehrer, for crying out loud! There was no way he was intimidated by this Bastard!

Rudolf continued after a moment of silence. "Now...I'm sure you are well aware of what has been happening in Sealand over the course of the last year."

Bormann snorted, disdain and anger flaring up in him at the reminder. "That damn brat...he's making monuments to the Gay's and the Jews and all the undesirable! As well as getting equipment from the Britannian Dogs, the Jew and Slavic Barbarians!"

Rudolf nodded. "He's making connections and building his network, something you have been slacking on as of late."

Bormann bit back an angry retort. As if it was so easy to create Allies when the whole World viewed you as a Pariah State!

"The little Kaiser's actions have caused quite a few ripple Effects back home", Rudolf continued. "Effects that had...consequences." Something in his voice shifted. "Undesirable consequences. He has...displeased me."

Bormann had to suppress a shiver. Somehow, the calm tone and the hints of fury sparking in Rudolf's eyes as he said this were far more terrifying then any angry outburst would have been.

"And what do you want me to do about it?", Bormann finally said. "I know this Coalition he is building will attack us sooner or later. I am already building up my defenses. If he comes to us, we'll be ready."

A smirk came to Rudolf's lips. "How valiant, Martin. Finally gotten tired of running away like a Coward? I would've expected you to be on a Jet to somewhere else already."

Bormann had to almost physically bite his tongue to not explode in anger at this insult.

"But let us get to the core of the Issue. If he attacks, you will lose. You have Manpower, but you don't have the Officers, you don't have the Material and you don't have the Weapons."

His eyes widened. "How do you-?!"

"I have my own Agents", Rudolf said calmly. "Your purges clearly weren't thorough enough...and if you want any chance to survive what's coming, I would advise you to not conduct any more. I promise you that my men among your forces will not sabotage your efforts. In fact...they are the only reason why you will stand a chance soon."

A message arrived on Bormann's Computer: A Data Package which he proceeded to open. He stared in shock at what he saw.

"Being placed in charge of a Naval School, while annoying, has a few advantages. I was able to secure these three freighters for my personal use, under the public and political Radar, and send them your way. As for their freight...well, you can see that. You will receive everything on this list within a few days."

Bormann's mind swirled with the possibilities. This...this was it! This was what he needed to get his Reichsstaat out of the spiral of Problems they had ever since they came here! This would finally allow him to truly accomplish his Goals in Australia!

"...What is your price?", he finally said, fighting to keep his voice even.

"I have only one Price, Martin." Rudolf leaned forward in his chair, the raging, furious fire hidden in his eyes flaring up once again. "Kill that boy. Kill him, kill his forces and burn his pathetic little Island to ashes so that he may NEVER hinder my plans again!"

And then the call was over, the False Fuhrer of the False German Exile State was now...taking orders from his better.

Just as it had been years ago...

Alas, the Little Kaiser had his kingdom and with it the spoils....

Spoils that could finance his own plans and projects.

Perhaps, Bormann thought, it was a plan after all that he could play?

Reward: The Reichsstaat has received supplies and equipment from a (mostly) anonymous Source to be rearmed to a more dangerous level of operational capacity.

Britannia: 83

The Second Perry Expedition. A great diplomatic Triumph for the Holy Empire. That's what the Headlines of Britannian Newspapers read.

The Return of the Black Ships. The Second National Humiliation. That's what the Headlines of Japanese Newspapers read.

Reinhard looked at the Paper. "Should I be worried about this?"

"Very," Yuri said.

"Well it's not my problem", you replied. "At least...not yet."

Reward:

In a massive show of Naval Force, the Holy Britannian Empire has intimidated the Republic of Japan into generous concessions regarding the Sakuradite Trade, causing a Trade-Deficit for the Island Nation and great gains for the Empire.

The Japanese Government did not survive their Capitulation, facing a united Vote of no Confidence mere weeks later. Now Japan, diplomatically humiliated, looks for new Leadership.

The Liberal Democratic representative Genbu Kururugi becomes Prime Minister.

Time will tell if he fares better then his predecessors…

Euro-Britannia: 56

Russia: 83 + 10 (Holocaust-Memorial Success) = 93

Britannia's diplomatic Success did not carry over to the Military.

What should've been the final breakthrough through the Ural Line instead turned into another crushing defeat, as Field Marshal Pavel Batov's ingenious defense smashed the Britannian Offensive and destroyed the core of the 5th Imperial Army.

You looked at the Newspaper.

"Did they just make it all the way to TOMSK?!", you asked.

"They did", your brother said calmly.

"And the entire Britannain Left and Right flank let them?", you continued.

"You mean the ones that are doing a fighting retreat...harried by the Siberian Partisans?"

Ohh...no wonder Britannian logistics on the ground were a mess.

A few more Victories like this, and Britannia's bid to control Russia would collapse.

But maybe that was too optimistic...

Reward: The failed Britannian Offensive causes them to lose a lot of the Territory they gained. Britannia has been pushed back to Tomsk.

The Balance of the Britannian-Russian War begins to shift, while other Powers take notice...

Yang Wen-li: 81

The Admiral looked at the young officer with skepticism. "You drove away the Britannina 7th Fleet from Hong Kong? Without major support?"

"Well, I did tell them that our coastal missile batteries would tear their planes and ships apart...", Yang said somewhat oddly.

"...I see."

Yang looked at the man and sighed. "You expected me to die in this operation, didn't you?"
