    "Yes, Yes, Fantastic, it's nearly complete, and all I have to do is push this button." a scientist, wearing a white robe that has a design of Black Sclera red outlined and pupil eyes smatering it all over, looking at a button that has a ese that looks the same as the ones on the scientist's robe. "oooohh, I can't handle it, I'm going to awaken it, the Guardian of Earth, the Super Engineered Esoteric Titan, S.E.E.R, AWAKEN!" has the scientist says that, they push the button, and in front of the button, a previously pitch black room is lit up by a Red glow.

    [Awakening: 10%, 25%, 50%, 100%. Status Check: Complete, No Irregularitie, Armory fully stocked, Consumer Functional.] the source of the Red glow says in a Mechanical voice. the scientist, Ecstatic says this "Evaluation of Threats: Start." they say, and the Machine Responds in a minute. [Evaluation of Threats: Complete.] the Scientist Smiles then frowns upon hearing this [Primary Threat of Earth: Humanity.] the scientist in mild shock says "what?" before a tentacle shoots through the glass and drags them to the back of the Machine.

    "What are you doing st-mmpf? MMMHHHPHMMHPH!" the scientist says before being gagged by the tentacle. while on the back of the machine opens up to a needle that injects something into the scientist, and in a minute the scientist ceases to move, and the top of the Machine opens up to a variety of tools and arms, and it starts to disassemble the scientist. after it finished disassembling the scientist, it grew by a fraction of a centimeter, and on the back of its head is a eye similar to that of the scientist.

    [Consuming: Complete. Starting the Culling of Humanity and Setting it back to Safe levels for the World] it says.

    To whom it may concern,
    As of incedent [REDACTED] HIGHCOM sees the need of a new office for handling of anomulous events known as Federation Department of abnormalities or the DA. The prime directive of this agency is of 3 key goals. The main and main priority is handling of anomalous events (see incident: Serpents Wrath) and objects, this includes security of these objects, exploration, and naturalization of these objects. Second primary directive is the counteracting and eliminartion of anomolous groups of intrest (see subject: Geas order) that utilize anomalous abilities to there gain and to the federations detriment. Laslty is to insure the secrecy of these efforts from general populace, but is secondary to first and second directive. Jurisdiction are still to be decided upon [REDACTED] but will have equivalent or greater powers than department of Internal security. All anomalous events and anomalies will be handed to to DA jurisdiction when possible and operations involving the anomalous will be done in joint or with assistance of DA once the office is finalized. Finalization od the departments structure, jurisdiction, resources and etc will be conducted at next [REDACTED].

    Will forming somthing like department of abnormalities or similar be a choice later? It would be very useful in countering the dam brits Geass Order, and contesting them in the anomalous world.

    Large super vehicles like super tanks and dreadnoughts, some advanced aircraft, and probably some interesting infintary equipment like some basic research on exo skeletons. On more exotic side I supect a focus upon genetics and cybernetics research, probably super soilder program in style of Wolfenstien or a bio weapons in style of resident evil.
