I say this, because this way we have access to pretty much every and anything, and we have almost no enemies to start with. While this does mean we'll have to work to get at the cool toys, at least we won't have to worry about the bad guys knocking at our door yet.

Lets go big and armored.

[X] Youkai Branch

All kinds of gribblies under the moon for us to play with.
Also I wonder if we get get object spirits from sufficiently old advanced technology. Ghost of an obsolete/abandoned/crashed spaceship, etc.

The UN Security council definitely has in advantage in not having any particular weaknesses, in addition to being able to go down just about any affinity path not unique to a certain faction (ie all of the mutant factions have separate affinities from normal and some like the First Sons have a unique route to themselves) and are able to adapt to nearly any realm.

I'll also say that unlike in cannon mixed affinities do in fact have unique win options and unique choices.

Anyway depending on how bad I feel I might put up a secondary vote for the starting dimensional area and subsequent biome before closing this one if guys are ok with it, maybe even tonight if my headache doesn't force me to give up early.

For elaboration a dimensional area is something like 'A realm close to the underworld' while a biome would be a sub area of that area, with one being closer to say Nurgle's realm while another is closer to the demons from Doom.

I'd suggest closing one vote before opening another, but make the options visible if you want beforehand.

Mixing voting phases leaves you with a very messed up vote.

Alright then.

Anyway if anyone has any questions about the factions or possible locations that you can end up in feel free to ask.
