Dang, I should have changed my vote to the Mario-Stomp-only one. I didn't expect that to get so many votes.

Tam Lin's idea is interesting, but it probably won't work, and it's definitely premature.

    You're not sure who Mario is, but you ARE heavy as heck. That was made clear when you jumped on top of your pedestal earlier. Maybe that could be put to good use here!



    You take a running start... The Bladeybug is starting to get up, so better make this quick.



    You soar through the air...



    (Stomp: 8 20!, 10!) You smash into the Bladeybug's stomach with a hearty CRACK, as the under carapace of the bug splits into shards. Flora looks on with disbelief and maybe something else.



    The Bladeybug is slain. It drops a few strange looking crystals, but you decide to shelve that matter for a moment.



    The dryad girl seems in a daze for a few moments, before shaking her head quickly and letting out a nervous laugh.


    You heal for 2 HP. Right, that's still going.

    That reaction is a good sign. We'll have to make sure to hold back a lot if we ever go through with it, though. If we're going to trample on her flower, we'll need to make sure to do it right.

    I'd argue that we should probably ask what they are and THEN pick them up if it's safe to do so, but we're made of metal and have a ton of HP, so we're probably fine to do it in either order.

    I really want us to craft something with the corpse but I presume we're gonna need tools for that. Might as well store it for later.

    Edit: Also should we continue talking about the whole making her week harder part?

    Should probably clarify my vote, not sure how the forum parses this sort of situation.
