After four months of intense debate, we've finally reached a conclusion. And what a tight race it was!

Well, except for Flora. Everyone wants her to be Ms. Exposition, explaining what things are to the character who was born earlier today and the one who has no excuse for her ignorance. And also the audience.

Everything's a guessing game when you have amnesia! How fun.
...That was sarcasm, but being completely fair, it is actually kind of fun. If your life and the world were not in probable mortal danger, you'd be having a pretty good time overall.

The three of you gather closer to the pile of loot.

What to do with it all? Maybe the Growth Crystals should go to you and Lise, at least? Flora is Level 3 already...

Flora is rapidly blinking her glazed over eyes, still clearly trying to recover from the boss flashbang. You wave your hand in front of her face curiously, but she bats it away, frowning.

There's a moment of pause from Flora. You're not sure if she's actually considering it or just reeling from your stupid guess.

Probably the latter.

For some reason, you have a distinct feeling that this reply isn't just directed at Lise.

Lise flutters excitedly over to the wisp, scooping it up into her inventory. You take the opportunity now that the bickering has stopped to pull the gems you're familiar with into your inventory. The wallet seems to auto-collect them, shuffling the currency into the proper slots. Saves a lot of inventory fiddling! The red diamond doesn't go in though, so you have to drop the umbrella temporarily to pick it up.

You also do what Flora aggressively suggested and open the item menus.

The wisp seems to be a temporary weapon buffing item.

Oh. Wow, a maximum health upgrade! Wonder why the wallet doesn't have a slot for this one if it's technically currency?

Whatever. Time to check the last item. Maybe it is the "Orb of Ultimate Power".

Before you can pull something else out of your inventory to pocket the dark orb properly, the item starts burning in your fingers! You hot-potato it between your hands before dropping it entirely. Wow, that stings. What the heck?

Flora graciously stabs her spade into the ground to grab it so you can try and understand what happened. It's not burning HER fingers, for some reason. That's not fair!

Oh. The orb seems to be a permanent version of the wisp with added versatility. You're slightly intimidated by the added first part, though. What does it mean to change someone's element to Dark? Wait, do people have elements? Ugh. You're left confused, singed, and slightly frustrated.

Well, time to figure out what to actually do with all this stuff. You literally can't hold all these items!

[X] Flora: Is there actually anywhere in the park to spend currency? Or are we going to have to depend on the obligatory Mysterious Dungeon Shopkeeper showing up?

[X] Betsy: Pedestal time while you think on loot distributions. And avoid dark orbs that apparently hurt you, probably because you're Light or Holy aligned.

[X] Lise: Make scatterbrained arguments in favor of getting the +MHP as the party melee fighter who is not made of metal.

Drinking at the fountain helped. But the fountain is now all corrupted.

But in general, from what little we've seen, eating heals HP and drinking refreshes SP.

Dark burns the statue? Fun to note, but makes sense.
Holy is a part of her, and Dark and Holy are opposed to each other.
So Betsy's not using that.
But I think the fairy and dryad are good as far as their elements go?

Right. I feel like leveling up Flora and Betsy should probably be out first move? See what we get out of that.

[x] Flora: level up
[x] Betsy: level up
[x] Lise: snag the cider off of Flora and take a celebratory swig while pondering the orb

Lise is real low on health and Flora is out of mp so there isn't any more healing to go around. Might as well use the healing item with the side effect while we're relatively safe?

Edit: added orb

I'd be wary of giving party members the Dark element when Betsy's primary attack is a Light AOE. It also might stop hugs, which is not acceptable.

Weapons, on the other hand....

Edit: also note that we have 14 HP Crystals for recovery.

We should be cautious with that though. Might be that dark weapons don't damage dark creatures? Or even heal them.

I think they're only 1hp apiece aren't they?
Edit: The cider is 10/use with 2 uses. Though didn't flora use one already? I need to check
