[X] Watler
[X] Integra
[X] Seras Victoria
The next year was similar to the first. Integra took Arthur up to her office and let him watch while she conducted Hellsing business.
However, she allowed the child to participate in the negotiations and reports that she had to field. It wasn't anything serious. Arthur merely sat idle while his mother handled most of the important matters.
But every now and then she'd stop to speak to her son about what he thought of the accord they would come to. While Arthur is still too young to form proper sentences, the intelligence in his eyes speaks volumes for him. There is always a spark or shine to his gaze whenever he seems to think an agreement is fair for both parties.
It was something that Integra made sure to make note of for the next time they were to be alone together.
Integra Relationship Increased!
Walter once again took Arthur to the Hellsing library for their time together. The main difference was the type of book he read to the babe.
The first time he kept it simple. Just short recollections of Hellsing's past. Most of them were romanticized to a certain degree, downplaying a lot of the roles other people had in the originator's task.
This time, he's moved onto the deeper examinations of Van Hellsing's work. They read less like stories and more analytical documents describing the type of weaponry and items Van Hellsing used to combat the enemies of man.
Despite the obvious leap in the level of reading, Arthur hung on to Walter's every word no matter how difficult it was to a normal child. It further lent credence to the claim of the child is from the Heavens.
Walter himself, refused to comment on this. Saying, "Arthur is the Heir to the Hellsing Lineage. That is all he will ever be to me, and I will serve him faithfully till my dying day."
Walter Relationship Increased!
Seras' and Arthur's relationship is developing quicker than most expected. When the two are together, Arthur gets a noticeable "shine" to him so to speak. Almost like his body is literally glowing with an aura of happiness that gets sent to those around him.
Reports say that wherever those two go, anyone nearby immediately has their spirits lifted. Depression gets replaced by hope, smiles return to the face of those who returned from the field, even patients missing limbs lose all semblance of being in pain when they enter the infirmary.
Integra has said this phenomenon is something that will be investigated…at a later date.
Right now, she is content to just allow the two to enjoy themselves by playing hide and seek through the manor.
Seras Relationship Increased!
[X] Martial
[X] Stewardship
[X] Learning
[X] Piety
Arthur is given another course over the subjects he will need once he comes of age.
This time, Walter takes over his teachings for a time. He focuses on the basics of arithmetic and the sciences that have led to many a breakthrough in modern invention.
While at first thought to be a bit advanced for a babe, Arthur has time and again proven that he will take and retain any information given to him no matter the subject.
This is no different.

[X] The Church of England
Something that has been constantly put forward by Arthur's Priest is that the babe is taken to the Church immediately. A child of God deserves to walk in his father's light if he is to grow into a savior of mankind.
While not sure about the "savior" part, Integra did agree with Father Williams that they should take him to the Church for a sermon. It would both go along with their mission from the Queen, give Arthur a good standing with the Church (or at least a greater one than he already has), and help him to learn more about what it is he is fighting for. How it is bigger than himself.
It is too bad that when they reached the Church, Arthur fell to sleep halfway through the sermon.
And it just so happened a particularly loved Cardinal was speaking at the time.
While Father Williams was able to smooth things out with the visiting Holy Man, Arthur came out of the experience with no worthwhile change whatsoever.
No Trait Gained.
[X] Alucard's Basement
Another visit to Alucard's dwelling within the Hellsing Manor.
This time Alucard sat in his chair while Integra explained to Arthur what exactly he was, and how he served the Hellsing family.
While it was clear Arthur understood what his mother was saying, there didn't seem to be any real change in his and Alucard's relationship.
In the end, no one believes that much came out of this meeting either.
No Trait Gained.

[X] Walter (Locked in due to Heir to Hellsing)
[X] Integra (Locked in due to Heir to Hellsing)
[] Seras Victoria
[X] Alucard
[] One of the Special Forces
Learning focus (Choose 4)?
[X] Martial
[X] Diplomacy
[X] Intrigue
[X] Stewardship
[] Learning
[] Piety
And where to go for the year (Choose 2)?
[X] The Church of England - Bring Arthur to see and learn about our Lord in Heaven. They shall learn what it means to be His child in more ways than one. (Chance to obtain Perk/Trait: DC 20 )
[] The Training Grounds - There's more that Arthur could learn about military acumen. He just needs some more exposure to such things. (Chance to obtain Perk/Trait: DC 50)
[] The Hellsing Library - Have Arthur learn about the history of its adoptive bloodline. It wouldn't do for one who must fight the Supernatural to know next to nothing about its lineage, and what it means to be a Hellsing. (Chance to obtain Perk/Trait: DC 45)
[X] Alucard's Basement - Arthur will inherit everything that the Hellsing family has, this includes the darker parts of it. Though they have already met, nothing really came of their first meeting. Maybe giving it another try will yield better results? (Chance to obtain Perk/Trait: DC 40)
Ok. From here on out, I'll be using the SV Dice Roller for Rolls.
Also, I am aware that, by the way I'm doing this, you will all have over 100 in certain Skills before you're fully grown.
My answer to that? You're a Primarch.
Also, for multiple of 20 your score in a Skill is, you get a +5 to any roll regarding it.
