[X] Plan: Winter Season

I want some knights of the inner circle to choose from before we appoint a high preceptor.

Also, @Swordomatic , could we get an option to attempt to further develop our dragon arts, or are we stuck where we are?

We have a bunch of elite knights able to train our guys and gals for not a lot of time. We should make use of them.

Not at the moment. Johanna may have been able to make a breakthrough based off her experience against the Beastlord, but ultimately she failed the roll and couldn't develop the Phoenix branch of the art. She may gain opportunities in the future, but for now no.

[X] Plan Setting the foundations

[x] Your Order is young, and you need manpower. Recruitment drives will be necessary. Ride across the Empire and look for young men and women who wish to fight as one of the Iron Arm. (Recruit new Initiates, possibly Knights)

We need a majordomo by the time we hit 50 knights and we're already at 36. Right now we should be getting a majordomo like we were pretty explicitly advised to in the update, not getting even more knights.

True, but initiates don't turn to full knights in one turn, except for specific circumstances like last turns campaign against the beastmen. I'm willing to wait at least till next turn in appointing a majordomo, to see how our new knights perform this season and see what they're good at.

Fair enough.
