Hello and welcome to B22nary, a Binary Quest based on @Tam Lin's B16nary Quest where you will have the chance to develop a new Binary World. You will take on the role of a newly sentient binary and direct it to perform whatever actions you see fit in an effort to build the world that you want. After 22 turns, you will leave the first sentient binary and move on to the next sentient binary and so on.

B22NARY 100 THREADMARK Q&A
New Stats introduced so far in B22nary said:
Answer: I have added two new Stats to the Stats that Tam Lin established in B16nary Original - Art Quest: Crafting and Programming. The Crafting Stat measures Crafting Skills and the resultant quality of the items. The Programming Stat was split off from the original Mind Stat in order to better focus the Mind Stat and measures the general ability to program things into Cyberspace.

I will create more Stats in the future if and when the Players have a Binary or Creature do something that is not already covered by an existent Stat.
Location of the Witch Doctor said:
Answer: The Witch Doctor currently resides inside the Dark Lord's Castle. It has not left the Dark Lord's Castle since its construction, but whether that is because of the Darkness Hex's side effects or because it refuses to leave its last phylactery unprotected is unknown.
Reason that you keep rolling Eggs said:
Answer: When it is time to determine the next Player Character, I roll a 1d100. I look up the resultant roll on a table full of the Binary and Creature species that currently exist within B22nary. The Dice Gods just seem to like Eggs more than other Binary and Creature species.
What did you mean said:
Answer: It means that when B22nary (Binary Quest) ends, the version of myself that exists within the setting will condense the B22nary World into a Stone like it condensed the Binary R3coded world into a Stone. It is something that Binary Gods do in order to increase their power.
What is the Divinity Counter? said:
Answer: The Divinity Counter is a Counter that measures how divine a Binary or Creature is. It isn't that hard to acquire if one knows how to do so but increasing it can be difficult. It can lead to conflict with Gods that already within the setting because Gods do not want others to mess with the worlds they have constructed.

The version of myself that exists within the setting is at odds with the Divine Egg not only because it has acquired a Divinity Counter and threatens its carefully constructed world, but because it does not want to share the title of "Whale God".
Do Non-Player Characters still level their Stats? said:
Answer: Yes, Binary and Creatures that are Non-Player Characters or become Non-Player Characters after a Player Character's Turns run out can still level their stats. Non-Player Characters will usually level up Stats involved with whatever unfilled objective the Players have left them with, projects that they take on afterward, and combat.
Why didn't the Woodcutter use its Sacrilege Counter? said:
Answer: The reason that the Woodcutter did not use its Sacrilege Counter is because it did not have the chance to. The Players never used the Sacrilege Counter when it was a Player Character and it did not feel like there was anything that it should use it on after it became a Non-Player Character. It would have used the Sacrilege Counter in its fight with the Sky Sage Dragon, but the Sky Sage Dragon rolled a critical success on its Light Beam attack, stunning it, and finished it off the next Turn. Unfortunate... but what can you do?
Will Twisted Mind ever get to be a tulpa? said:
Answer: Twisted Mind appeared as a Tulpa in Binary R3coded. It should not have been able to appear in B22nary without significant shenanigans, but the version of myself that exists within the setting had become so frustrated at the repeated attempts that it allowed it to be summoned. Unfortunately, the Turn after it appeared, it was killed.

Twisted Mind will not reappear in B22nary unless a Player Character or Non-Player Character with a high Necromancy Stat can find its corpse and reanimate it.
Do Tulpa grow stronger through belief? said:
Answer: Tulpa are capable of growing stronger through the belief of Player Characters and Non-Player Character's and sacrificing things to them through structures like Altars. They are not capable of growing as strong as a regular God, but are capable of becoming considered weak Gods.
How do you draw so well? said:
Answer: I reuse a lot of the Sprites that appeared in Tam Lin's B16nary Original - Art Quest and base a lot of the new Sprites that I create off of that art style and Clip Art Images. I will often spend anywhere between 30 minutes and 4 hours making a Sprite. If I don't like the result, I start over.
How much time passes in-between the transference of Player Character said:
Answer: In the setting, no time passes between the last Turn of an old Player Character and the first Turn of a new Player Character.
Are Binary more adaptable than Creatures? said:
Answer: I do not personally believe so. Creatures are unable to will themselves into new forms but are not incapable of turning themselves into something new. Creatures just require Players to talk to each other, choose what they want to turn a Creature into, and spend the Levels needed to do so. And make sure to lay an Egg so that they can later benefit from their work by starting as a Creature with Adaptations they spent so long developing in the past.

Also, being unable to will themselves into new forms can be a strength, as it can let you devote Turns you would devote to transformation to other pursuits.
Is it possible to make a car or other vehicle? said:
Answer: It is possible to make a car or another other vehicle that you can think of. What materials are needed to do so and how much of those materials are needed to do so depends on the Vehicle that you are trying to create, but baseline... 100 Metal.
Where do dead Binary and Creatures go? said:
Answer: There is no actual afterlife a Binary and Creature will go to when they die. The Binary and Creatures that survive to the end of the world will be condensed into the Stone that the version of myself that exists within the setting creates when the quest ends. It is also possible that I might save other Binary or Creatures whose design I particularly like and store them inside of the Stone to later use in a future iteration of Binary.
How are B16nary and B22nary pronounced? said:
Answer: I pronounce them as "bi-six-teen-nary" and "bi-twenty-two-nary", but others might not.
Do Binary and Creatures get sick? said:
Answer: It is possible for a Binary or Creature to develop a sickness due to the actions a Player has them takes or an encounter with something that the Players have their Player Characters leave behind. Generally, a Binary and Creature will never develop sicknesses on their own.
Will the resultant Stone of this world be a mafia hat? said:
Answer: The resultant stone of the B22nary world will be dependent on the state of the world when it ends. Right now, the stone that would result from this world would be based mostly on the Pyrokinesis Data in the Fire Trees.
Who is your favorite Binary / Creature? said:
Answer: My favorite Binary would have to be the Skeletal Dragon.. My favorite Creature would have to be the Nature Princess.
Will the Egg Criminal Enterprise ever actually figure out how to do crimes? said:
Answer: The Egg Criminal Enterprise is trying to commit crimes, but it's not very good at them. The Eggfather hasn't even realized that it can't force people to pay it eggs because it's one of the few beings able to produce them.
What do I want from the B22nary World? said:
Answer: What I want from the B22nary World is what I wanted for the Binary R3coded World. A fun time full of interesting events fueled by interesting Player Characters and the will of the Dice Gods. Interesting items that can be used to do interesting things or make even more interesting items.
How do you feel about unexpected shenanigans? said:
Answer: I like all of the random things that Players attempt to have a Binary or Creature do. It's a large portion of the reason that I fell in love with Tam Lin's B16nary Original and I decided to start Binary R3coded and B22nary. Though I do feel like I should mention that it's not impossible for you guys to take advantage of things outside of the setting. It hasn't happened in either of my Binary Games, but in Tam Lin's B16nary Original, someone did manage to pull a missing threadmark into the game and turn it into a weapon.

One of the things that has stuck in my mind the most in relation to B22nary would have to be the Fire Trees or Frees. They can be a bit of a pain to keep a track of because of how they spread, and after a certain point they make it so that Druidry doesn't really work inside of them. It's why I'm glad that three factions are placed right next to the Undead Forest, keeping the Fire Trees within it from spreading further east and south.

A funny thing would be how you guys seem to have forgotten that the Nature Princess has an Adaptation that can be used to create a new Frog species. She's been right there for a long time and yet... no one has tried to convince her to lay an Egg. Or try to develop a Frog into another Creature.
