Just to let everyone know that this is not dead, but instead will be going into a full rewrite after the plot and original resources where lost on my old Laptop which died on me.
The universe list will under go changes as well once the plot has been established, however I can tell you that it will Start in the SGU universe and will work its way from there into other universes.
Thank you for your patience.
Have you tried saving it's harddrive?
It's how I still have most of my files & web adresses, you know.
And see about keeping Noble Team alive, including Dot, if you redo the universe hopping into Halo.
Mass Effect could be funny as well, the cityship might fit inside that ring of the Citadel, with all the causes that such a thing will thus cause.
And yeah, both Mass Effect & Babylon 5can use a Ancient styled cityship in order to keep the alien ego's down.
Just think of Atlantis being in either of them, controlled by a human via a control system that has a biological lock on it and then the (hull) age.
O, their ancestors where first ones??? (slight freak out happening)
Macross/Robotech, Star Wars, Star Trek, Andromeda, Battlestar Galactica. Gundam (pick your serie or is it series?) and lots more.
Starting a bit strong, would it not have been better to start as a BioCylon (nBSG) and/or maybe the major (Ghost in the Shell)?
Then a little trip to the Star Wars Universe, before even touching Stargate?
It would keep the overkill a bit limited and lets you setup your SI for some real trouble in Halo, Macross/Robotech, Starcraft, Mass Effect, ect, ect.
Which when I think about it, is probably why almost nobody starts as a Asuran.
Might I suggest you visit Arpeggio of Blue Steel or Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio.
Still think this old review of mine might potentially be usefull for this rewrite your currently are talking about, lets you more easily crop in some slightly lower scale setting without too much problems.
Gundam Age, Gundam 00 and Gundam Seed are four very nice gundam settings, if you start as a nBSG BioCylon, you could use a miss-jump to start the universe hopping.
Then slowely upgrading your body to something that can run for a long time, without the risk of a biological break down (death).
And the best part of using nBSG as a starting point?
It lets you use some small craft equipped with a jumpdrive, like a Heavy Raider or a Raptor.
Then you can abuse the event that turned Doctor Weir into a Asuran, a little later on.
Would also give you a good reason to introduce some tech restrictions after such a conversion.
