So, what areas of the ship are still threatened? I remember engines being attacked and then nothing.

We should definitely station a squad of Terminators in the Teleportarium. They could respond anywhere in the ship from there, and we could call on them if we encounter too much opposition in the mechanicus bay.

Maybe attack the bay from the outside with gunships? Strike craft?

I think that we should rush there, Tyrian should be able to keep them occupied for long enough for our forces to gather for a counter push.

Also, seeing how these Eldar operate, they will probably gleefully swarm and pursue Tyrian. Conducting a fighting retreat to lead them to an ambush, possibly augmented by suddenly Terminators behind their lines, could be very effective.

The engines have been secured, with extreme prejudice.

@Tinkerer How close are we from the Teleportarium compared to the construction bay? How close are our Terminator squads?
They're close enough that if you tell them ahead of time via vox or Aventus you can get ten surprise murder machines ported in behind the enemy as Tyrian moves in to attack, as an anvil and much sharper anvil attack.

As for Tyrian, it would take him longer to get to the telportarium than it would just to run to the construction bay.

A vague plan for others to ignore or perfect:

[] Rush towards the construction bay, picking up whoever you can to help fend off these new enemies.
-[] Send free close by Terminators to the Teleportarium to support Tyrians assault on these new invaders.
-[] Send any free Terminators that are not near the construction bay to the Teleportarium to act as a reserve.
-[] Try to avoid damaging the equipment within the construction bay.

@Tinkerer
1) Are there any other parts of the ship in danger currently?
2) Do we have any Dreadnoughts?
2a) Have they been woken?
2b) Is the construction bay large enough for them to fight there?
2c) Can they be teleported?
3) Could vehicles fight there?

1. Not currently. Quick action and good fortune managed to clear out the ship of hostiles. Though Tyrian's decision is basically taking place at the same time Ahriman is pulling his big gamble.
2. You're early enough in time that there aren't any Dreadnoughts in use, you have plenty of frames but no-one has been injured enough that they haven't died or couldn't simply be regularly treated.
2a. See 2.
2b. Yes, the construction bay is large of enough to fit multiple Dreadnoughts into it. But it would be a bit cramped.
3c. Yep, got a specialty pad for Dreadnoughts in the teleportarium. Can only do it one at a time though.
3. You could operate vehicles there, but again it would be cramped. And you have to worry about collateral damage. Same as Dreadnoughts.

Edit* The moratorium is now over, you can vote now.

[X] Plan Azgrin
-[X] Rush towards the construction bay, picking up whoever you can to help fend off these new enemies.
— [X] Vox our various captains and officers instructing them to converge free forces towards the construction bay.
— [X] Send as many terminators as possible to the teleportarium to be deployed to the construction bay on the enemy's rear once Tyrian sees fit. Sending more terminators as reasonable as time goes on.
— [X] If the battle is concluded quickly have the teleportarium ready to deploy Tyrian and some terminators onto the bridge of the enemy flagship while a second group is sent to its engines.

Very open to editing my vote, if anyone can think of stuff to add please please please let me know.

Maybe mention waiting for the second wave of terminators do our order since we may have to board the enemy ship.

To be honest? My plan to board the enemy flagship hinged on us not getting deluded in borders this round. I figure we can't do that until the last phase of this battle.
I figured when we really start to slaughter them they will run. So having terminators ready to go to hit the command or engines would be a help. I want them there to slow the Eldar down so we can get our own boarding parties ready.

Voxing our people like that seems like it would make them arrive to the construction bay in small groups. Unless we have the Eldar contained, our reinforcements could be picked apart in detail. Telling them to group up and reinforce in waves would be much safer.

Why teleport to their flanks? And not behind them, or in the middle of them? Why once Tyrian engages instead of letting him choose the right moment?

If we want to counterboard them, we are going to need boarding craft and torpedoes too. Tyrian is good, but taking a whole ship with just few Terminators sound like a very risky idea.

--[X] Order our people to minimize the use of explosives and heavy grenades in the construction bay.

I assume that they aren't dumb for one, secondly the Eldar ought to be contained by terminators and Tyrian while our reinforcements arrive.

Hmm, gonna edit around this actually, good idea. I was thinking attack their rear when I typed flanks.

With write in votes like this, assumptions get people killed in my experience.

Terminators are far too few to contain a force, much less one as mobile as the Eldar, unless all they have to do it guard a single door or something.

They can murder with the best of them, but containment is an entirely different thing. You need a combination of numbers and mobility for that.

How do you suggest not allowing them to re flood the ship?

How do you suggest not allowing them to re flood the ship?

Manned hardpoints at crossroads (by mortals mostly I think), some roving marine squads, a few terminators on call, and some support from the regrouping forces should take care of that, I am not worried about this much.

Should be SoP against boarders.

But the Eldar need not range far to ambush arriving forces.

Keep in mind that harassment like that is Eldar speciality. Dark and craftworld both.

It costs us little to move in numbers.
