Fortunately despite Hades's faults, he is faithful to his wife. Well in the myths anyway, haven't played this game myself.
Even in Percy Jackson he is faithful to his wife and the god with the least demigod children, both Roman and Greek.
In myth Hades is someone who does his job, loves his wife and doesnt endure any bullshit from any gods. I mean it's not his fault that Zeus fried Asclepius to stop the him from reviving the dead, and he also broke the rules for Orpheus and let him take his wife back, it's not his fault the musician did the only thing he told him not to do before he was out of the Underworld. Heck he is a dork who named his 3 headed hellhound Spot.

I'm going to just be amused as all hell when Taylor gets access to the gun.
You and me both, she is going to take one look at hexagryph, take it, load it and turn it into an antimatter rifle....oooooh Hero's Aspect would be cool and bullshit broken.

So when is Taylor's godslaying going to become relevant, because let's face it beating Zion definitely makes her a godslayer.
Eeeeeeeeeehhhh, no real authorities over the mystical side of things, just the ability to use things that affect the material aspect of things, pit him against a spirit and he may be fucked if the spirit possesses it.....then we would also be fucked depending of the spirit.

No, it doesn't. Unless further changes have been made, an Entity is just a big scary monster without the oomph of being divine. You know, like a really big version of Lernie.
Dont use Lernie as a measure stick for a Space Worm, it falls very short.

After I watched that video the first time I did some searching simply because I found the notion a little dubious at first. Or rather that OSP was giving the facts in a more humorous slant then it actually was.
Hey Red and Blue take their research seriously.....and i kinda did the same just to confirm that it was true, although I had heard before the thing about Keroberos meaning Spotted One......by the olympians now i want to see Taylor call Cerberus Spot within earshot of Hades and Zagreus it would be hilarious.

Hades doesn't blink while Zagreus does a double-take, misses his footing and falls into lava.
Zagreus: (after reviving and running back) "You didn't see anything."
Taylor: "See what?"
Zagreus: "Exactly." (runs off again)

Taylor: ".....You took pictures didn't you?"
Hades: "What do you think?" (slides another bit of paper into a very well-stuffed folder marked 'Zagreus's most embarrassing deaths')

Blood and Darkness, that is priceless!.......but wait, last i checked, there is no lava anywhere near the House, that is in Asphodel, and that is due to a flooding from the Plegethon.
I really did a double take the first time I saw the hellish look of a place that is supposed to be a plain of wheatgrass for souls, who didn't really did truly wrong or right, to wander bored for eternity.

Like I said, haven't played the game yet so I just picked some random underworld hazard (seen some clips and Zagreus does go through some areas with lava) that he could accidentally fall into due to the distraction.

It probably isn't Nyx, but it could well be Primordial Chaos at work.
Definitely, considering this is the

Take a look at their eyes and Darkness "ear rings".
Also here's the in-game description of Darkness:
Article:
'...Born of Chaos, the Underworld is a domain of pure and utter darkness. Sometimes, this dark essence becomes manifest through all the raging of the dead, and all the strife that can unfold beneath the earth. And, there are those born of this realm who can absorb that essence, gaining oneness with the Underworld, growing stronger all the while. That darkness, having taken root within, connects the bearer to the Underworld, makes them inseparable. Almost one and the same. Those born of darkness must remain in darkness; this is one of the Underworld's indelible laws.'

Spawning a whole new goddess just for the hell of it is certainly not beyond Primordial Chaos' abilities, or out of character.

Primordial Chaos is bored out of their mind, and they find Zag's whole deal to be the most amusing thing that has happened in ages.
(They're also slightly annoyed that Zeus claims dominion over heaven and earth, having apparently forgotten that everything belongs ultimately to Primordial Chaos; they made reality, its theirs.)

Hades' gaze turned flinty. "A long winter has destabilized the mortal communities on the surface," he informed her tightly, and something about how he said the word made her think that he was withholding something about it. "They fight wars over dwindling grain and liquid water, and with each day we become more and more inundated with the dead. It's an unprecedented amount of death, and has left the Underworld... swamped, especially with the inclusion of the foolish boy's obsession with escaping, taking important resources away from processing fresh souls."

I'm kinda surprised she didn't correct him here about not being from this reality/earth/whatnot.

Taylor: "Well, that's just more proof I'm probably not from your reality. You'd be complaining alot more about being swamped"
Hades: "Wutchootalkingbout, mortal?"
Taylor: "Oh, Scion killed a couple billion people before I took him down. Then died myself."
Hades: "BILLION!? What hellish version of earth are you from! I'm swamped from several hundred thousand!"

I just realized that in this last chapter, Taylor could actually feel pain. So that means she'll have a harder time playing as the Terminator.

Hades: "THERE ARE BILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHERE YOU COME FROM!?"
*Hades makes a choking noise and keels over, his body 'splashing' into the ground which is somehow simultaneously the crimson waters of the Styx*
*A minute later, Hades staggers back into the room, Styx water dripping off him*
Hades: "Well so much for only the boy being able to pull that stunt."
Hades: "Now. Where is your world? I must know so I can make sure my world is as far away from it as possible."

Taylor speaks:

And then the next time Zag turns up he finds Hades weeping into his desk in a drunken depression and has no idea what the hell is going on. :V

e:
Zag: "Uhh... Dad?"
Hades: "ZAGREUS! MY BOY!"
*Hades grabs Zag in a suffocating bear hug*
Hades: "YOU'LL HELP YOUR FATHER MANAGE THE UNDERWORLD WON'T YOU? PLEASE? PLEASE?!"
*Zag's struggling gradually weakens*
Hades: "YOUR FATHER NEEDS YOU ZAGREUS. I'M SO SORRY FOR BEING A TERRIBLE DAD BUT I NEED YOUR HELLLLLLP." *Bursts into tears*
*Zag goes still and slides out of Hades' arms into the Styx* *Hades doesn't seem to notice amidst his weeping*
*Crawling back into the room, Styx water running off him in rivulets* Zag: "WHAT IS HAPPENING!?!?"
*Patting Best Hellhound* Taylor: "I am so sorry."

Clearly, the Hades of her own dimension felt so overwhelmed he dumped some of the work on his dimensional counterparts. It's not really shirking his responsibilities if it's still him performing them, right? Just another him. That's where all the "REDACTED"s come from. It all makes sense now!

This is how you end up at interdimensional war with yourselves. :V

Something I've been wondering is why Taylor was still bruised after crawling out of the Styx since I don't think that's a thing anyone else has to deal with. I'm not super far into the game, just got my ass handed to by that bull and his punkass boyfriend for the first time last night, but I feel like lingering injuries from their deaths would've been mentioned before that.

I think Zag staggers a bit during his respawn animation before he straightens up and you regain control, could be that only slower because Taylor's domain isn't Blood.

e: Oh man, I just found the best imgur album. Spoiler Warning for the endgame and all that jazz.

Taylor is used to pain, remember when Scapegoat healed her? He not only almost died from the injuries but also the pain.

Not getting 100% healed won't stop her.

Then the whole thing is a shaggy dog story.

Zag's journey manages not to be thanks to the elements of discovery (self and otherwise) and actual change. It's less moving goalposts narratively and more changing the goal outright.

I wouldn't be surprised if Oxford decided to apply a similar structure to Taylor's role.

Yeah, unless we're missing something, escape isn't possible, but it can act as cover for something that is.
