Quest Reboot
So regarding this quest, I'm planning to do a reboot of it. I've been rebuilding up a Wormverse Southampton, but due to the nature of things, I mostly did so ad hoc over the course of this quest. Because of that, things are a mess and hard to turn into something workable without great difficulty. Over the last few days, I'm tried to smooth things out and I've got multiple gangs with their own plotline going on plus a couple of hero teams and a smattering of independents heroes, villains and rogues who each have their schtick. However, I've decided it is easier to do a reboot of this quest than it is to work all of that into the existing thread.

I'm also going to redo Finn a bit. As interesting as it was, I'm going to cut the cluster down from six to four so I can give more focus to characters outside of the cluster. I'll be keeping Astrid, Charlies and the character with the runner trigger, but the last two cluster members are going to be used as heroes in the Winchester hero team. Of course, this means reworking Finn's power set. The Changer and Stranger power will be done due to their sources being gone from the cluster, but I'm going to replace the minor Thinker power with a slightly different version of the Changer power since it works close enough. The Striker power is also being changed and I'm going to replace rapid punches with stealing intelligence via punches so I can give the rapid punches to someone else.

I'm also going to change Finn's primary power from Thinker to Tinker because frankly the Thinker power wasn't getting much use and it is hard to write for the viewpoint character. I found the power to be interesting, but it works better as a side-character power than a protagonist character. As for replacing it with a Tinker, it fits the trigger event and I find a Tinker power more interesting to write than any other power especially since I'm going to limit you with the need for maintain, resources and other such factors. So your minor Tinker power is becoming your primary power and in its place, you will get a Trump power that is simple to use and won't require much bookkeeping on my part.

Anyway, my current plan is to post this, get some feedback and start a new thread where I do a basic rundown on my Wormverse Southampton, the basics of Finn's new power set with a vote on Finn's cape name, her mentor and her first cape companion. In that quest, you won't be starting from the trigger event, but from when Finn's starts being a hero because her basic character got developed in this quest and I want to get to the meat of the matter.

So we can just write off the previous posts as a prologue that's a bit muddied? I can work with this, wasn't too attached to our power set anyway
