The Treening of Human
Hugs wanted
(Lurker of threads) (wannabe writer)
[X] Plan fixed Situational Awareness-Space
-[X] Humanization
--[X] Regain a sense of navigation, that things are in a direction relative to you (or other things) and that there are (measurable) distances (rolled into other action)
-[X] W.W.W
--[X] Try and make a clock, so you could keep track of time, you haven't really been keeping track of time.
--[X] Try to estimate direction and distance where messages come from, to get an idea of their rough location
As it turned out trying to regain some of the basic senses I had taken for granted when I was human was hard I was tryna to mentally prod Humanization to give me a ruler or something to work with but it wasn't complying, something in my mind told me I could do it I'd just need to do a little work until it clicked, okay so looking at my dryad's arm I know things take up space with her arms up and on her tippy toes she's just as tall as my stem, now how do I use that to judge the distance from everything else any natural sense of navigation and distance I had was gone, I didn't notice it but now actively paying attention to the matter I can tell my sense of distance is off, most likely an effect of my new tree nature which brings up the uncomfortable question of what else might have changed that I haven't noticed yet.
Maybe I could use the W.W.W as a ruler, I felt a button click as a ruler popped up next to my dryad, it counted from zero to ten when it reached the top of her head, even with my messed up sense of size I could tell it was wrong, like using your pinky to measure something not quite accurate but good enough to work in the moment, playing around with the thing I stretched it like I was playing an accordion and attaching a small static counter that would tally the distance in dryad's for me rather than me having to count each and every single dryad it ranged and with that I had regained my master over space and next was time, man does it sound Chuuni when I put like that 'fear me the master of space and time with my power to calculate distances and the very passage of time itself mwahahaha'
[Signal Tree 3/4]
Today I made a clock, it was fairly simple just needed the Web to increase a counter in the time it'd take for me to say the word 'Alligator', I chose alligator because it seemed funny and was about as long as Crocodile so it shouldn't matter all that much. Making a clock was a fairly boring task at the end of things, but it revealed an important discovery I was missing time, not in the blacking out sense or the numbers counting up far faster than they should but I'd occasionally stop paying attention to something and then look back to see days had passed I don't know how to stop this besides making sure I'm always distracted and that worried me, for the first time since my "adventure" started I'm scared and not even the notification that my class leveled up was enough to shake the funk that was starting to settle over me.
[Signal Tree 4/4]
My attempts to find the location of the person who messaged me bear no fruits, it just feels like something I can do without a new Upgrade, and as soon as I think that I check my class options there is now an option to do exactly what I want staring me in the face.

WOW I've felt like utter garbage for a while, this chapter was all I could manage to write up between delays and various obligations not helped by a general sense of malaise plaguing me.
