"Well Mikey boy, grab some popcorn and let me explain for the next...Three and a half hours." The retired Tempestor shot you a look, before sitting down in his favorite chair and waiting for you to explain. You started with how his ancestor, Abraham van Helsing kicked your ass. Say what you will, but even you had to admit the bastard had balls to stand up to Count Dracula.
Then you went into detail about you and Arthur, Michael seemed nonplussed by the fact one of his ancestors had a vampire as a pet. Continuing on, you kept explaining everything in great detail, from the Vlad Age all the way to the time you spent as a therapist. That was...Surprisingly nice, considering all the stuff you've been through at that point. After that, you kind of drifted into telling him funny stories about Integra. Like that time you brought Seras home, and then proceeded to paint the walls a shade of bloody red when you got home.
Good times!
"...And now that Integra is gone, you and your bloodline are my new masters...Should you pass my tests, of course." Michael was about to protest, until you raised a hand to keep him quiet. "And said tests will happen whether you like it or not, and if none of your bloodline prove worthy, then I'll go about the galaxy in my own murder party for the hell of it!"
Michael was quiet for a moment, before taking a drink from a flask he pulled out from his coat. "Normally, I'd jump at the first sign to do anything worthwhile, but the High Lords want to keep me around for 'Morale'." He spat, before calling up someone else. "But my two eldest, my son and daughter are in the Inquisition, you can go with them."
As you were thinking about what this would be like, two younger looking individuals came into the room. The first was tall, dark, and handsome, chiseled and scarred features. He was wearing heavy steel and silver armor, and a heavy mace looking device was strapped to his waist. His hair was similar to Integra's, with the occasional streak of silver. A hardened blue eye stared at you, as his other was covered by an eye patch.
His sister on the other hand, was dressed more like a librarian. Long scarlet robes, golden hair done up in an up-do style. But there was something off about her, the smell of blood and gunpowder surrounding her. While she looked younger than the military looking brother, the sister still held an air of refined skill and dangerous air about her. Besides that, she wore a pair of circular rimmed glasses.
The brother introduced himself first, his voice polite and somewhat soft spoken. "Suffering Marshal Juste Hellsing, part of the Silver Warhawks Retinue." He bowed his head, and you thanked him for introducing himself.
"Lady Inquisitor Maria Hellsing, Warden of the Rift, and Commander of the Silver Warhawks." The way she spoke sent a chill up your spine, it was warm, not like Integra's cold calmness. For some reason she scared you, as if hell would open up should she ever be truly angry...That and seeing one of Integra's Great to the Nth Grandchildren smiling scared you.
But now that you've met the eldest in the family, what should you do?
