Maximizes psychic power, protection from corruption, protection from psychic accidents and is reasonably healthy for someone who isn't a melee combatant. Sure he's not going to be running marathons with his lower oxygen capacity but in exchange he has the power and safety margin to do truly stunning levels of psykic attacks.
