A Reincarnation of War and Fate (Warcraft/Nasu)

[X] Move Admiral's Elite Guard to assist in holding the breach, set Brother and Saber to focus on taking down Infernals.

Still waiting for the nasty surprise.

[x] Plan Nice and Simple:
Get Archer on the Dalaran wall
Get Saber to go after the Infernals
Keep Herculues as a trump to fight whatever they are going to unleash next.

The Battle Part 2
[x] The Battle Part 2!

In but a moment you order the Admirals Elite Guard back from the front and to the breach in the walls. A larger numbers of elite soldier there will do much better than just two hero units, especially since there are fewer monsters present.

Then you order both your brother and Saber back and send them at the Infernals currently attempting to mash their way through the front end of your forces. Fortunately the two of them end up being exactly what the doctor ordered as the burning hunks of stone find themselves blocked time after time in spite of all their attempts to break through, and more than a few wind up shattered with nothing more than a single blow from Sabers powerful blade.

Back at the wall the Admirals Elite guard have taken well to fending off the Orc Horde. In fact they've done so well that a literal pile of Fel Orc bodies has begun filling in the hole that the Fel Horde put in the wall earlier. The remaining uncorrupted Orcs seem to be doing quite well with the fact all things told…they must really hate the Fel Orcs.

The Nigh elves again have been using hit and run tactics against the Horde and have taken down quite a number of the corrupted Orcs. Apparently those gorilla druids are pretty potent combatants. Ilidan's Demon Hunters have also been causing a bit of havoc among the Orc lines but it seems that it's not just pure warriors that the Orc forces have an abundance of.

And that brings you down to the biggest problem when facing down the Fel Horde. An individual Fel Orc is a monster with a weapon that cleaves through most armor like a hot knife through butter but that isn't the biggest problem. Warlocks are powerful spellcasters that can kill a large portion of an army if given the chance but that also isn't the biggest problem. Ogres are tough and strong creating an enemy that will cause quite a bit of problems but that also isn't the biggest problem. Heck the power of the Horde spellcasters to summon a wide variety of horrible abominations each with their own unique and twisted abilities isn't even the biggest problem with these guys.

No the biggest problem when dealing with the Fel Horde is the obscene numbers that they've brought to the fight. Even with all of the Orcs being slaughtered and maimed by the assembled forces the size of the team Red Horde still doesn't seem to be decreasing in the slightest…if this keeps up even with the casualty rate as skewed in your favor as it is these guys must just end up taking the day through raw attrition.

It's not an idea that you are happy with.

Do you relocated any forces or commit any reserves?

How about Archer start shooting NP at them? Have him choose something that can explode, that should reduce their number faster than now.

We should send be server to deep strike their command and logistics and set up some formore of army killing natural disaster doom combo.

We're facing what looks like an uncoordinated horde. The main thing we can do for a decapitation is mostly to hold out long enough to provoke their demonic masters to show up out of annoyance really.

The Battle Part 3
[x] Taking to the Field

This is a losing battle. You know it any every commander of the allied forces does too, it's just a matter of luck that the troops moral is still going strong even though they don' t seem to have put a dent in the Fel Hordes numbers even with all of the Fel Orcs that they've managed to kill over the span of the battle. Apparently Saber and your best little bro ever completely destroying those infernals actually did quite a bit to improve the moral of your forces., you suppose that makes sense a giant rock monster that's also on fire is a horrifying thing, and watching you allies completely destroy a whole force of them sure does make said allies look cool. Really cool…especially your little bro he's so cute!

Well either way it's clear that nothing is going to get done if you don't start contributing more directly. Reposition yourself so that the walls are in clear sight you summon ice walls to cover the breaches in Dalaran's walls, incidentally freezing several large groups of Orcs solid in the process.

You also summon a glacier right on top of a large part of the Horde…it's kind of funny watching the Fel Orcs push and shove each other as they try and get out from under the massive amount of ice before it lands and crushes them like bugs.

Most of them don't because they were too tightly packed to do much of anything…not the Orcs that didn't get crushed seem to mind they're actually climbing on top of the Iceberg and then jumping further ahead into the mass of Fel Orcs in order to basically 'cut in line' and steal there fellows places. Many Fel Orcs are freaking in sane, that's why you don't want demon juice anywhere near you, it messes with the head and your pretty sure that you're crazy enough without it.

And then things get worse.

It starts with a sudden surge of demonic power unlike anything you had seen before up until that point, causing the Fel Horde to fight harder than you'd though possible up until that point and even push your forces back.

Then he shows up.

The he in question is massive demonic entity with green skin and hooved feat. Even the building of the city nearby are dwarfed by his sheer size and the glowing green ball of energy that he holds one handed holds the promise of great destruction. This must be Archimond one of the two lords of the Burning Legion second only to the dreaded fallen titan himself, even the way he looks at your forces as ants to be crushed instead of enemies to be fought tells of his power.

You have seem worse, the Golden King in your former life, but this being before would take second place in terms of the sheer terror he seems to inspire with his presence.

In all likelihood you only have moments to think of something before he begins slaughtering the entire allied force, something you don't doubt is a possibility…it is a small blessing that the Orc seems to have failed to summon any of the other demons to back this thing up.

What do you do?

Durandal. It is a Holy Sword with 3 Miracles. Using one of the Miracles to 'be anathema to all demons/demonic entities' would be easy.
Caliburn. It's an Anti-Unit Holy Sword.

Point of fact, there are a lot of Holy Swords that Shirou probably has to Trace.

[X] Deploy Berserker against Archimonde to pin him in place for Saber to do her thing. Redeploy Brother and Saber so they can fight Archimonde. Set Archer with Elite Homunculi to provide supporting fire against Archimonde. Set Conjurers to shuffle the other forces around at need to prevent the city from falling while the supercombatants go in for the giga brawl.

THAT is what we've been holding Berserker back for.
