Marina blinked as she was walking down the street with Sehina by her side. It was a pretty long day but they could finally play around without fear of people chasing them down. It was still a pretty absurd thing though, being hunted like this. It seemed like she'll have to be more careful from now on.
For that matter, the elf girl by her side didn't seem to mind the Chaotic afternoon just the previous day. She needed to relax but with everything that's going on she can't help but be jittery.
"Hey, you feeling okay?" Sehina asked as she munched on her meatbun.
Marina crossed her arms and shook her head, "Feeling a bit antsy."
"Well it's normal for people your age to-OW OW OW! HEY!" Sehina was about to toss out some barbed comment when you gripped her skull with your hand.
"I want do something fun," you admitted as you let her go. Sehina huffed as she glanced at you.
"You killed like seventy people," Sehina griped as she waved her finger at you, "At least have some restraint."
"We should find a hotel. Maybe that'll get things off my mind," Marina suggested as the two of them walked by a rather loud establishment.
Sehina stopped and held Marina back by the sleeve of her coat, "Hey, wait."
"Huh? What's wrong?" The older girl asked with a raised eyebrow.
"What's this place? There's music and evrything," the elf girl stared in surprise as she glanced in the building.
Marina blinked and looked at where the girl was looking at. As it turned out, it was a rather popular club where people were gathering to unwind. She gave it a quick look before rubbing her chin as she gave it some consideration. If she thought about it some more then it should be nearing the weekend.
Of course a place like that was going to be packed. Marina was then caught off guard by Sehina dragging her forward.
"Hey! What the hell?!" The Scarlet Witch coughed as she was forcibly pulled along.
The music became louder as she entered the establishment. You looked around and held Sehina's hand as she tried explore around the club. The dancefloor was glittering with a variety of colors while the ceiling twinkled from the rotating crystal lights. People of various races danced to the beat as Sehina marveled from the sight.
"It's a disco club," Marina told Sehina while she ruffled the elf's head, "It's a place where you dance, meet people and show off."
"Have you been to a lot for these?" Sehina asked as she looked up at her companion.
Marina blinked as she recalled some times she lured a few handsome guys into a dark alley after a night in the dancefloor. Well Marina technically was a frequent club goer so it had to count even if she was simply going for dinner. Hunting for food, one needed a particular set of skills. Now that she thought about it she should probably lie about this.
"Yeah I guess. Not a frequent one though. Why?" Marina asked nervously as she looked a her friend.
"You wanna have a go?" Sehina offered with a smug expression, "I'm quite the dancer after all. I might blow you away."
"Is that a challenge?" Marina hummed with a raised eyebrow.
"You bet it is..." Sehina nodded as she crossed her arms.
Well this might be a time to get her groove on. At this, Marina and Sehina parted the crowd once they stepped forward. Walking into the twinkling dancefloor, the other dancers got out of the way as the beat of the new song came in.
Marina stepped forward and spun in place, she struck a pose as she held one hand on her hip while pointing upwards. She held a smug expression as Sehina walked in.
The Elf Girl ran forward and slid on the ground with her knees. Placing one foot forward, she struck a pose as they both glared at one another. The crowd applauded vigorously as Marina and Sehina danced.
