A new gang arives in gotham! (Dc comics riot quest)

"Let's just scrap the idea for really good places. We are just a starting out gang. Let's just rob a grocery/convenient store or something."

Name: Dedric Cotton
Gender: Male
Appearance: Average looks, Slightly muscular build. Black hair. Oddly, with a pair of Purple Eyes(only special thing about his looks really)
Skills: 7th Dan Karate
Resources: Swiss army knife and an old house.
Personality: Slightly childish(laugh at dad jokes), is capable of being serious.
Backstory: Was brought into crime by his Uncle Wells.
Reason for joining the gang: He didn't want "The Man" to tell him what he can and can't do. He'll beat up people if he wants to, Take what he wants too, and being himself. Understands the pack mentality.

Appearance: Tall and thin, with sharp features and shoulder length brown hair.
Skills: Finance, Fencing (As in pawning stolen goods.), Fencing (The fighting style.)
Resources: Old Truck, Small amount of small valuables (Small stuff like old rings or jewelry that sells for a good amount but doesn't take up much space.), Contacts (Other Fences)
Personality: Smug and intelligent.
Backstory: Ran a small pawn shop in a rented building, but was kicked out by the owner for not being able to keep up with the increasing rent payments. Later found out the the building owner purposely made them unpayable in order to replace him with a wealthier client.
Reason for joining the gang: To make a load of money and get back at the man who kicked him out of his shop.

Appearance: Average height, somewhat slim build, blond hair, blue eyes,dresses to make herself look smart/Professional.

Skills: Acting, Forgery, Psychology

Resources: Fancy breifcase, Old Limo witha fresh coat of paint, A old house, Laminator.

Personality: Cheerful, but sassy, with a "can do" attitude. Is as interested in the fun of a con as she is the money. Tendency for giving friends nicknames.

Backstory: Went to college, Majoring in Acting with a Minor in Psychology. Signed a Contract with a secretly failing theater after graduating and was dragged into the owners scemes. She was learned forging as part of the owners schemes to get elderly Patrons money by altering checks to withdraw more money than ageed upon. When the truth came out she was blacklisted in the industry. Using her forgery skills and a stolen working laminator the theater had used as a prop, she crafted yourself a false Identity, and went into Conning the wealthy.

Reason for joining the gang: You'd tried solo Con's, and it was to hit and miss for your tastes. You work better, and generally have more fun, with a crew, a support cast to sell the act. Besides, gotham is a dangerous place. A few toughs at your back is almost a neccessity.

Write in: "Lets have fun with this. Who feels like selling a rich snob a bunch of cheep wine in fancy bottles and incorrect dates for his charity dinner?"

Write in action: Teach the boys to reanact some of their favorite movie scenes. It improves their acting and lets them have fun.

Resources: Fake IDs, a not-totally worn out bussiness suit.
Personality: Easy-going, charismatic, apparently trustworthy.
Backstory: What happens when you try to go big as a white collar but you discover that the higher places are as ruthless as the Gotham's backstreets? You get eaten alive and left with no money to your name. But you still know how to talk and what to say to get people signing what you need to sign or to get personal info that you can sell later.
Reason for joining the gang: Having someone throwing the punches is always good. He's a talker, not a figher.

    I'll write what happens yes. Though if an unexpected event happens then I'll leave it on a cliff hanger and ask how you characters improvise.

    Resources: Large Van with a computer set up, a mobile laptop, a few phones.

    Personality: Computer Nerd, cares for groups he ends up in, wants to be useful.

    Backstory: Tried to get into a collage for programming. But failed thanks to bias thanks to his look
