Except that the Dismay shout's red energy is visible as well...so gameplay mechanic or not I'd wager that the white energy is gonna be visible.
I think we need Droman to weigh in on this and also how effective the shout is actually going to be.

Though I noticed that the five vote plan and our plan is literally a difference of three words. Given one is a person voting for you, thereby entrusting you with there vote, and myself it would be simple to consolidate that if you want to do that?

We already have a Blackfyre to grind against Euron Greyjoy's neck, due to his involvement in the Ungren affair. So Naval Campaign perhaps?
Maybe I am paranoid, but in an asoiaf quest someone needs to be.
If we kill Ungren, he will probably go back to the summer sea. Chasing him there will be difficult by boat as he will have a better crew and faster ship. Chasing him by dragon however...

I wasn't suggesting chasing him by ourselves. There was a campaign going on against him. It was one of the options last year alongside this campaign. Seeing that he's still at large, I doubt it's over. I was suggesting joining that.
I know, I just don't think said campaign will be available next year due to him having fled the area and no longer being a problem for the vale.
