In Academy City, a city of the future with many a dark secret, Shokuhou Misaki- one of the seven Level 5 espers- has many concerns. Sometimes, it's whether or not they actually remember a past life. Other times, it's figuring out if their rival Misaka Mikoto is secretly evil. And far too often, it's about whether or not some harebrained scheme is going to send Academy City crashing to the ground.
