Hello and welcome to my Riot God quest!

Inspiration: Thousand Isles by MangoFlan and From Genesis by Mannan.

The magic number is 7: there are 7 locations, and 7 turns at each location.

Special Event Die: 1d10 rolls at the end of each cycle through the 7 locations.
What how massive the Special Even is depends entirely on how high you roll. 1 = barely noticable. 10 = world wide cataclysm.

Good luck!

Also, I have ADHD and so might accidently drift away from the quest. My discord name is crawkid#7235, and I am in both SV servers, as well as Homucifers Labyrinth, and I also am admin of the YQC server. Please feel free to poke me if you don't hear from me for too long!

Once upon a time, there was the Great Rending. It was at this time where Non-Existence rent itself into four, creating The First World in the process. These four states of reality are Above, Below, Creation, and Potential.

The First world starts as nothing but a marble out in space, surrounded by water. The ground below is smooth, and the waters are still. There is no movement. There is no weather. There is no life.

An endless, barren ocean.

In one part of this ocean stands a large pyramid. It is so expansive that it connects both Above and Below. This pyramid is made with the element of Potential, and therefore, has not yet been created.

But now, You are here.

Now, you may create the first pyramid, from whatever you wish, and furnish it and the surrounding area however you wish.

Welcome to my new God Quest! It is a riot quest, based on the Thousand Isles from MangoFlan and From Genesis by Mannan. However, this one runs on a much smaller scale than those quests. (I think) As some may be aware, since this is a Riot quest, more than one Act may pass voting in each turn.

Links to the inspiration quests are here:

Thousand Isles (Riot God Quest)

From Genesis (Riot God Quest)

The players are given seven turns to customize each starting location. Once the seven turns are up, we move on to another location. When all seven locations are filled, a Special Event Die (1d10) is rolled, and then we start again.

Each player is given five votes. In addition, each may author one act. All acts being voted on must have an original author. There will be two important parts of voting- moratorium, where you discuss how things went, plan together, and suggest ideas. And the actual voting period. Also, usually within the time frame of the moratorium, suggested Acts will be graded. That grade determines how many votes it needs to get so it may pass and take effect in the world. The grades are the following, as defined in Thousand Isles:

BasicAct (1 Vote) :Creation of small items, unintelligent mundane creatures, and minor effects. Can be no bigger than a room. E.g.a block of gold, a rabbit, a dining room set, a flash of heat, a removal of water.
SmallAct (3 Votes) :Creation of large items, structures, a species of unintelligent creatures, an intelligent creature, an extraordinary creature, an extraordinary item, and large effects. Can be as large as abuilding. E.g.a golden apartment building, a population of rabbits, a human, an immortal rabbit, an iron bar that's always hot, a drought.
BigAct (6 Votes) :Creation of very big or extraordinary items and structures, a speciesof intelligent creatures, a species of extraordinary creatures, andeffects that last several turns. Can be as large as a city. E.g.El Dorado, a population of humans, a population of immortal rabbits,a drought that lasts decades.
GreatAct (10Votes) : An act that could be felt throughout a continent and reverberates across the world. The creation of grand landforms, world-changing artifacts, godlike beasts, civilizations, and far-reaching effects.

Further grades of acts are locked. Acts that require a grade higher than whatis available automatically fail.

49 turns until 2 Gods are made, what kind of world will they be born into?

Location 1
The Calcium Carbonate Pyramid

A constructed shell around a core of pure energy. Glows softly from within. Three obelisks and growing stone deposits. Life giving, mutating salt deposits. immortal, golden fish. Lots of thriving plant life. There are many types of animals now. And several sentient races, which will be listed below.

There are three habital areas so far: Green City, Aetheria, and The Mountain.

Green City is the kingdom closest to the Pyramid. It is ruled by an intelligent wolf, and guarded by Titan of Bone, Jerimoth, and Titan of Obsidian, Ferris. A number of species live here, including a variety of pixies, the aquariads, and the lightweaver wolves. A few miles away from the pyramid, there is an island that is currently inhabited by a variety of life, but mostly dominated by birds. Even the floating islands above are ruled by a birdy people. The whole region has a set of four seasons: Winter, spring, summer, and autumn.

The Mountain
Aetheria
Mushroom Island
Whispering Tower
The Castle
Ferris' Forge

Wolf-who-hungers - description coming soon, deceased.

She-who-loves - mate of wolf-who-hungers, and queen. Of the brightweaver wolves.

Wolf-Who-Rises - heir of wolf-who-hungers and second king. His fur is grey. He has 3 siblings.

Jerimoth - description coming soon, bone giant

Ferris - description coming soon, obsidian giant

Magnolia, description coming soon, giant wooden deer titan

Aurum- The gold tital. His body is pure gold, in the form of a man with the head of a bull.

The princess, master thief - A sentient, immortal fox with a penchant for stealing things. May be killed, but will return at unspecified time out of boredom.

Emissary - A dragon made of pure potential. They are non-binary since they can choose to be whatever they want, naturally because they can choose to exist wherever and whenever they decide. Can also be called 'plot device', kek.

Pixies - small, pale, almost insect like humanoids. They have sharp teeth, compound eyes, and dragonfly wings. They are nimble, fast fliers, are little pranksters, and are hard to catch. First created as a population of Air Pixies, they have evolved to have various forms of magic. So far there are Air Pixies, Cold Air Pixies, Ice Pixies, Hot Air Pixies, and Fire Pixies. While Pixies are for the most part nomadic, there are several smaller communities that are more entrenched into where they live, but they also freely mix and mingle.

Aquariads - A colorful aquatic tribal peoples with culture deeply entrenched with their artistic pursuits. They have several adaptations to deep sea living, and several forms of communication. They are capable artists, hunters, healers, and traders. They have a mutualistic relationship with Reef Jellies outside of the Stone Circle.

Aetherians - Description coming soon, bird people.

Reef Jellies - Strong, yet gentle giants in the deep that just wander and feed on debris that falls to the ocean floor. They also have a mutualistic relationship with the Aquariads. They can not communicate themselves, but are able to percieve and react to the humans and clicks of the Aquariads. In times of trouble, the reef Jellies have been known to provide shelter to other creatures, including the Aquariads. Each one houses its own coral reef of its own color and shape, and is often inhabited by little fish that have evolved to live in those reefs, benefitting them both.

Light-Weaver Wolves - white wolves with glow in the dark capabilities, that can create illusions. All Light -weaver Wolves live within the Green City, under Wolf-who-Hungers.

Fungirians- mushroom peoples, religious guardians of Mushroom Island

Mother Mushroom - A magical sentient mushroom in the center of mushroom island. The whole island is connected to her, and thus under her general control. She imbued loyal fungirians with magic

Elves - in fleshy form, very similar to classical descriptions of elves. tall, slender, pale, blonde, pointy ears...in their natural state, however, they are meerly large balls of fire. Weak to water, can see into the future. fear the return of what they call The Voice.

Eldaern (will check spelling) - The face of the elves, when speaking with officials from the world below

Ocean Bamboo
Bell Lotus
Green Plankton
Prism Kelp
Glitter
Mushroom Tree
Frost Flower - a species of flower that populates The Mountain. First made by the spilling of the Crackpot. Is a flower that is made of ice that does not melt, and can propogate itself. a small field of frost surrounds the area immediately around it.
Crystal Flower - A new species of flower created through experiments. Frost flower + Gem snail shell. Flowers made of a cold crystal like substance. They've lot the ability to surround themselves with frost, but gain beautiful colors and a slight curl to their petals. some petals curl up, while some curl down.

Golden Fish - The first species of fish brought into the world. They have scales of pure gold, are immortal, and are prone to having mutated offspring that form new species

4 forces exist.

Above

Below

Creation

Potential

Pyramids of Potential OR Quantum Pyramids
- The pyramid both exists and doesnt exist. And you dont know what it looks like until voters observe it. :V

Magic:

Within the center region of the world, around the first pyramid, light itself holds power over reality and lends itself to shaping the will of those who practice its use. This form of magic is fueled by a powerful core, locked within the pyramid itself.

The Naga also have a form of magic, using their own unique language to harness, resonate with, and manipulate the laws of reality.

[X] Stone Obelisks
Three stone obelisks appear, made of polished red granite, white diorite, and grey andesite. Everyday, a cubic meter block of the same material they're made of appears at the foot of the obelisk.

A schools of strange, never dying naturally fish with metallic scales.

Something to inhabit the vast ocean.

So we can mess with the pyramid, right?
Hmm... Well, all things require energy so:

Authored Act
[X] Energy Core
At the very center of the pyramid sits a large sphere made of pure energy, ready to empower whatever may come its way.

I'm guessing that the strength of the sphere will depend on the amount of votes, so I left it open ended.

Do you mind expanding on what exactly the metallic fish are? What do you mean by 'never dying naturally'? I wanna vote for it, but I'm rather confused.

Basically, they are can't die from natural causes -not sure if they would eat or not. Basically they would just swim, maybe eat if there's anything to eat, make more fish until the end of time or they are killed.

[X] Simple Bamboo
A form of water born bamboo appears near the marble island swaying slightly but keeping itself straight in defiance. The plant as it grows curls around like a snake with leaves jutting off from the tip, it slowly spreads it seeds further and further around the island.

Ok, I am not sure what to create or which role to take... So I would just make something simple, maybe seasons to fill the year.

Authored:

[X] Four Seasons
In this region, a harmonious year cycle of 360 days is created through the establishment of four distinct periods of equal length, seamlessly flowing into one another. Each season possesses its own distinct weather phenomena and bestows subtle mystical effects upon the entities residing within its domain.

Summer: A scorching and arid period characterized by abundant sunshine and infrequent rainfall.
Autumn: A season of overcast skies and gusty winds, accompanied by frequent showers and sporadic bursts of sunlight.
Winter: A serene and frigid time enveloped in blankets of snow and cloaked in darkness.
Spring: A rejuvenating season of warmth and new beginnings, where babbling streams and the emergence of new life abound.

Looks like fun.

Authored:
[X] Jerimoth the Bone Titan.
A gigantic humanoid made out of various bones is brought into existence besides the first pyramid. Jerimoth is born with the ability to create and manipulating bones in anyway he likes. Jerimoth despite what his creepy appearance might suggest is actually very friendly and will act as a immortal guardian for the area, protecting it as best as he can.

(What do you people think)

Another question I must ask, will there be anything like underlying themes in the future for bonuses? Or will this quest run purely on voting?

FAQ
"Is it 5 +1 votes per player per turn, or is it 5 total?"

5+1

"Will there be perks coming later in game?"

Yes, eventually

"What If my Act gets more votes than I needed?"

Then you are guaranteed to have your act pass, but also, theres a chance I will upgrade the effects or span of the Act itself. It just depends on how Im feeling, and how it fits into the grand picture
