What Makes A Good Man [Young Justice Quest]

[X] Plan with a mission
-[X] Mission: You're supposed to tag along with an 'independent contractor' and learn from him. (Takes 2 Actions/ Time Left: 2 weeks)
-[X] Research Minature Computer
-[X] Research Jammer
-[X] Build Nanomachines x3

Also, I'm noticing more and more similarities with that Marvel quest with a similar system. So, can we still go for the goal we couldn't complete then because it died? Becoming a Transhumanist Techno-wizard. We've already got Nanites for Transhumanism and the Skills for Technological skills, now where can we go to become a wizard?

Plan Build Up wins!

Sorry for the delay, but I'm moving to a new apartment soon and I have to get internet for the place. Plus exams so an update won't be out for awhile.

Week 2.2
Nanomachines DC 120: 19+12+7+90(Tech/Int x3)= 128 (Success)

You almost spent the entire week working on the nanomachines, and why wouldn't you? They're ingenious in not only design but also in function. When injected into the bloodstream, the nanomachines immediately seek out the organs, bone structures and muscle tissue of the host and optimizes them. When the body is injured they're able to accelerate cell regeneration and even self-replicate when some are lost. There's even no need to worry about fuel since they are powered by bio-electricity.

It's no wonder the original creators tried to keep this a secret, whoever introduced these to the public would gain world renown for this groundbreaking discovery. It's such a shame that they couldn't see this through all the way.

Whatever, their loss, your gain.

Building the nanomachines was harder than you thought, not only were you supposed to find a way to shrink everything down to microscopic levels, you also had to program fail-safes so the nanomachines wouldn't go rampant inside you. It was all meticulous work and should've taken weeks to complete.

You always did exceed expectations.

You were exhausted, you didn't sleep the entire time you worked on your project but you couldn't sleep yet, not until you see if the nanomachines actually work. You were supposed to message Luthor when the nanomachines were finished but in your excitement you forgot. You'll tell him later.

Holding the syringe that held thousands of nanomachines, you take a few deep breaths before you inject them into your vein.

For the first few seconds, you don't feel anything. At first, you feel a bit disappointed at how anticlimactic it was, and then you felt it. You collapse to the floor writhing in pain. It felt as though every cell in your body was lit on fire, you could hardly breathe as your vision became distorted.

You have no idea how long the entire ordeal lasted, for a while, you thought you somehow messed up and that you were going to die. But then, it just stopped.

You were no longer in pain, in fact, you felt better than you have your entire life. Getting up from the floor, you didn't really see any changes. In fact, if you didn't know better you would think the entire thing was a bust.

You walk over to the weights that you had brought in earlier to see if there was any difference in strength after taking the nanomachines. And any doubt that they worked was gone the moment you started.

Before you had trouble picking up the weights, now you can lift it no problem. Your mind raced with improvements to the nanomachines but a yawn broke your concentration.

You'll do everything later, now you'll celebrate with a nap

Miniature Computer DC 45: 19+30(Tech/Int)=49 (Success)
Shock Glove DC 30: Automatic Success
Jammer DC 30: Automatic Success
Basic Undersuit DC 35: 6+30(Tech/Int)=36 (Success)

Everything after the nanomachines were almost an afterthought, you spent the last days of the week researching equipment you might need in the upcoming missions.

An advanced cell phone to help you hack into security, a shock glove, and undersuit to help in combat and a jammer to avoid cameras. Nothing as exciting as nanomachines but still useful.

You have a list have things you need and little time to do it. But at this point, you feel confident you can find a way.

After all, you have nanomachines.

What do you do this week? You have 7 actions per week.
[] Mission: You're supposed to tag along with an 'independent contractor' and learn from him. (Takes 2 Actions/ Time Left: 1 week)
[] Mission: Luthor wants you to represent him during an inspection of one of his facilities. (Takes 2 Actions/ Time Left: 3 Weeks)
[] Mission: You have to pose as a reporter in order to get in a rival company's laboratory and steal a specific item, but you haven't been told what. (Takes 2 Actions/Time Left: 3 weeks)
[] Train Something (Specify what you want to train, can be taken multiple times)
[] Explore (Random Encounter, Locked to Metropolis)
[] Research Something (Choose from list below)
[] Build Something (Choose from list below)
[] Spend Time with... (Luthor, Mercy)

Concussive Grenades x10: Non-lethal grenades that release enough concussive force to break bones (+10 to Thrown Weapons)

High-Tech Goggles: Goggles with aim assistance (+5 to all ranged rolls)

Minature Computer: A cell phone with the same capacity of a high-end computer (+10 to hacking rolls)

Shock Gloves: Gauntlets that release electrical shocks to enemies when punched (+10 to Unarmed)

Jammer: Makes you invisible to cameras and other surveillance systems (Automatic success when sneaking past cameras)

Basic Undersuit: When worn it gives minor boosts to all physical abilities (+1 to Strength, Agility, Dexterity)

Nanomachines-Armstrong Defense: The nanomachines harden a specific portion of the skin to protect host from damage (+10 to Fighting when in close-range)

Nanomachines-Magnetized Shield: Nanomachines form a magnetic shield around host to slow down projectiles (+10 to Agility when dodging long-range attacks)

High-Tech Goggles-Infrared: Adds an infrared feature to goggles (Negates penalty when vision is impaired)

Basic AI: A simple AI that helps you manage your time better (1 free Social Action)

Exoskeleton: An improved version of the undersuit that further increase physical attributes (+3 to Strength, Agility, Dexterity)

Good to see this back. I'm looking forward to how things progress when we either start getting closer to Luthor or he starts having us commit crimes.

I'll vote for any plan that has us making an AI and doing the mission.

Edit: It seems there was one. How convenient.

@CorruptJester Will Science options come up eventually to upgrade our own body? Because Nanomachines should make it far simpler to improve on the various inefficiencies that is the human body.

Covers all the stuff I can think of right now.
