I don't think it quite works that way, shounen power comes from willpower, which in turn comes from not being able to do something when it is really needed.

Other people don't enter the fray unless cheering, screaming or pummeling is needed (and as it happens we are quiet, weak and heal by ourself, which makes us worst shounen motivator)

Well, my first successful Quest was about a literal magical girl (small 'm' and 'g') with a demon mascot, and then my last attempt at non-Quest original fiction had a Magical Girl (both caps) with a cyberpunk robot scientist mascot, so it was only a matter of time until I ran Mascot Quest: No SV, You Are The Cute Magic Kitten.

All that picking her as a vote does is shunt xp into Descorrer. Are you actually going to back that up with 1200 more xp down the line?

When we could have Marana levelled up right now?

I was doing that because the plan that was winning had us put 525 points into Marana. I thus switch my vote between actions every time the frontrunner in the vote between plans changes, like it just did.
 
Important note: Plan Meditation and Marana should only have 10 votes instead of 14, because 4 votes (here, here, here, and here) voted for 225 to marana then 475 to Reiatsu Control.

I don't see a lot of point in chasing more perception. We probably need to get it up to master to have an actual chance of tracking Luppi, and that's just not likely to happen.
 
Okay, I'm going to call it in two hours, and then probably spend the rest of the day trying to parse it because making the "what you do with your time" and "spend Arc XP" votes separate was a dumb idea.
 
Come on people vote medical designer at least with this plan we can level up two skills at once! Marana and medicine!

This is a fair point. Luppi probably has the espada-typical master level control, meaning we cannot sense him with veteran level perception.
 
I'm gonna be honest if perception beats sonido in ranking in veteran skill i'm gonna be so salty. At least we already have points in it and it would make sense with our fighting style of get the fuck away from close combat.

Because it's not just for tracking Luppi. It's also because her Reiatsu Perception is actively hampering her. She's now playing in the big leagues, or at least is trailing around behind someone who is playing in the big leagues, and the fact that she is getting sensory hallucinations and being hammered down just by being in proximity to big fights between people. It's also a QoL improvement.
