She's over a hundred. Much more than 2X his age. And no, I don't think she does. Her early life was as a Rukongai Urchin. Food in general would have been scarce, much less alcohol in the quantities required to build up a tolerance. Immediately after that she's a member of the Traditional Kuchiki Clan, and an unconventional one at that. Barring special circumstances like Kaien's death, I really doubt she'd drink more than small, ceremonial quantities. Now, clearly she's comfortable enough with having a glass on her downtime now, but personally i'd call that a relatively recent thing. And that alone wouldn't make her an experienced drinker. As far as Ichigo goes...we don't have enough information. Being a drunkard doesn't fit his character, and he's definitely not a novice, but we don't know anything else.

Yes! We'll look and act like Kaien. The trauma will throw Rukia off during the spar, causing her to hesitate at critical moments and leave openings for us to capitalize on.

We cannot possibly lose!:D

On the other hand, we literally just had our first alcohol, so even that counts as "far more drinking experience".

Sure, it's just that as I said, appealing to what X Shiba would do doesn't really move me. We're our own person, and can make our own choices. That's my personal taste though. Appealing to what Kaien would do in such a situation is even moreso given how that ended up for him. I'm pretty sure everyone in the family would have preferred it if he had chosen to swallow his pride that night instead of fighting alone. Kukaku even all but says as much by saying that Kaien had no business fighting that Hollow alone, and she doesn't even know about how Aaroniero is puppeting his soul right now.
