As for age being the topic again, Rukia is 150 and is for all intents and purposes 15. So hopefully, as this one fix brought up, spiritual ageing just slows down around puberty for various reasons. Otherwise spirits will be toddlers for decades. Babies, for centuries.
No one in Soul Seciety would ever reproduce is their children would be literal babies for decades. Just considering it is making me scream internally!
