Not sure about 2nd Nemu, Unohana or my personal favourite Chōjirō Sasakibe because During missions to the Human World, Sasakibe saw English society, which had a big impact on him. As such he has a habit of making tea with his own personally grown black tea leaves, sometimes with drastic results, such as blowing up a tower by trying to turn on a boiling machine. His adoration of Western culture is to such a degree that he only likes Western cuisine and dislikes Japanese cuisine.

I like to imagine on the day of the fight Kenpatchi either jumps down off a building or bursts through a solid wall in full blood thirsty grin mode, aura flaring and sword already drawn resting on his shoulder in front of Ichigo. Someone then leans in and stage whispers into Ichigos ear "Don't worry, he's a lot tougher and stronger then he looks."

I want Ichigo to drunkenly say his father ex-captain is alive and well taking care of his sisters in front of either Toshiro or Rangiku.

Would it be a spoiler to ask what the Soul Society would do if news that Isshin Kurosaki nee Shiba is alive with 3 children?
