When I made that write in I figured that the other ships present might have an opinion on William D Porter having a nuke. So I gave them an opportunity to get their thoughts together on the matter and protest. Which went pretty much as I expected and revealed the 'likely to be a one way trip' nature of this duty.

Technically there are 8 votes to "let Iowa handle the nuke", just they're in different variations.
