Good morning, Commander.


We must apologize for the suddenness of your recruitment, and the subsequent kidnapping. We had another selected ahead of you, but they said something about being too sober for this, and went to... "get really, really, drunk." In their own words.


Sadly though, we haven't seen them since. But worry not for their health. We're still looking. We even have a good idea of where exactly they are.


After we find them, you'll have the chance to resign your post and let your predecessor take over. We'll let you know what comes up. In the mean time though, due to your predecessor's disappearance we had to load you up and ship you out without warning. Which is why you're tied up in the back of a truck. But don't worry, your new command has a state-of-the-art medical facility.

Which brings us to where you're heading.

You have been chosen to command a new forward operating base on the Valhallan Front known as Pinnacle Station.



Your mission, which you have no choice in, is to aid the Valkyr in the defense of the front by whatever means you deem necessary. We shall attempt to aid you in whatever way we can, but you must remember that our forces are beginning to be stretched thin with the Unified Darkness' pushes against Earth's defenses. So, just in case, consider yourself alone out here.

Unified Light forces under his command deal double damage to Unified Darkness forces. When giving combat commands, his purely human soldiers gain 150% increased damage, 150% increased Resilience, and become immune to mind-altering effects such as fear or sleep. All Magical Girls under his command during battle gain the ability 'Cataclysmic Light' which allows them to fire off spells more than once per turn as well as synchronize spells that would otherwise be incompatible.
Battlefield Modifier

In Memory of Paradise - While in command, only 50% of a Unified Darkness' Element's stats count during conflict. Human Elements gain 50% extra of the relevant stat during a clash. Magical Girls can pool their Special stat together against an enemy.

Known Battlefield Effects:
The Land Of Heroes - During Battle Unified Light Elements recover the same turn they break. (Your forces will not suffer from fatigue. Each combat turn during Boss Fights they will regain 1% of their maximum Health. If incapacitated, they will be combat ready within three turns. A soldier will only die if killed in direct combat.)​

Just around floating looking for quests. I do like base management quests. What dose CMGQ stand for,(her other story Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest! ?)and how much is this a spin-off? Do I need to know the source material to make important world changing decisions off of?

It's a quest in the same setting. In all likelihood, disconnected from the main plot of the original quest though.

Worldbuilding and combat mechanics (which are actually very complicated) from the other quest will probably still apply.
