I kinda want a Mantine. They seem right for Kylie, but psychic pokemon are also super interesting. We shall sea

This post just made me want to try (and, in my case, miserably fail) at racing a Mantine myself! Seems like so much fun, even if my limbs would crumble into dust before the finish line.

Urchin knows where she is at all times. She knows this because she knows where she isn't.

The plus with a Mantine is that we have a flyer and a rider across the seas on one hand, but on the other it means we begin to lean towards a water based team.

Mantine is not purple
Mantine might be loud enough

It is very important to me that we adhere to these two themes for Kylie's team.

(Which is partially why I am hoping for a Noibat at some point, it ticks those boxes while also being a flyer and possibly having some Telepathy.)

In the wake of facing down Altaria on her first mission, Urchin has clearly not just come away from that with a new resolve, but has actually taken some of their traits into herself. Urchin has learned to control her fear, and face down things she might otherwise not want to face, ranging from Pokemon to taking medicine, making her generally more tolerant. It will take much more adversity than it had before to make this Mareanie balk.
 
Sorry BB you can't scare off your little sister. Hangouts are non-negotiable!

Because this one would mean more scenes of Urchin doing things unprompted, which are some of the funnier scenes.

Obscure pick with Noibat. I approve! And yes we must stick to our beautiful purple loud theme!!! Also B.B. won't be alone in having to wear sunglasses lol. They also have resistance to Water Type damage which will likely be important in Kylie's career.
 
... I hope we get "beeeeg" choice for a mantines too, I want the biggest sea carpet people have ever seen, I want our carpet to blot out the sky and be mistaken for a small island!
